After a night, almost two-thirds of the rescue team gathered near the distress signal hanging above. The chief of the rescue teams directed the members to handle the corpses and bring them back while the injured rescue team members were being treated in the tents. 

The situation inside the grey area was severe and more than a few groups had encountered mutations on the way here, causing heavy casualties to the rescue members. Objectively speaking, those rescue members were just trained to save students in case of an emergency and not to professionally battle against the mutated beasts. Although they had received the training to some extent, it was naturally not up to the level of the military and their powers and weapons were below the advanced threshold.
