28 .Entering the VR world...

Seui sat on the bed absent-minded, while wiping his hair with an already wet towel. The hair turned even damper ,which didn't help the situation at all. The surrounding was especially silent, highlighting the faint sound of water coming from the bathroom. Thinking about what happened before, Seui face slowly darkened. His mentor's words were still resonating in his mind "....there's a hint a energy leakage around him..."

Mr. Declan didn't explain it any further, but although he wanted to deny it, Seui knew what it implied: Ginn had a secret. Seui knew it was only a matter of time before it would come to light and a single poke might expose the truth. But he somehow felt reluctant, he didn't knew where this feeling came from, but he kind of felt that once he exposed things it would never be the same anymore. Like a subtle balance between two factors, with a single touch the delicate and intricate cobweb might shudder and disperse in the cold wind, those glistening dew would crash onto the rough earth.

At this time , the bathroom door opened and a half-naked Ginn came out. Seui inadvertently glanced at him and caught a sight of a conspicuous red palm-print above his elbow. Remembering the tragedy they've experienced right after coming back, Seui's face turned darker by another shade.

That time, Seui was bending down to change his shoes at the porch, his figure half covered by Ginn with only a pair of striking silver eyes visible. When the anticipating patriarch came out in a hurry hearing their footsteps ,this was the sight that greeted him. Determining that Ginn had brought home another guy instead of Sol, the patriarch was outraged !! When did Ginn started attracting so many bees and butterflies?! In the past, he wouldn't glance a second time at anybody even if he was forced ah!!! "How dare you fail at bringing Sol home?" the patriarch clutched Ginn's arm tightly shooting him a death glare.

Ginn felt his arm going numb from pain, it seems his grandpa's vigor is still there ah! Although he wanted to defense himself , it turned out that he totally didn't understand why he was being treated as a convict ah!!, didn't he bring back Sol after all?

Seui stood confused for a few seconds with a bare feet and a shoe dangling in his hand before reacting belatedly. It looks like the patriarch was unable to recognize him because of his silver eyes? Now~ that's quite unexpected! He thought of introducing himself again and rescuing Ginn when he suddenly had a second thought, hang on, why don't we watch the drama a bit more? it's not everyday that Ginn will be at a disadvantage so unceremoniously!

So Seui leisurely changed his shoes oblivious to his surrounding and when Ginn got berated enough by the patriarch, he stepped in 'generously' and soothed the patriarch "grandpa, it's me , Sol. I just had a makeover. Does it look good?" fully immersed in the role of a compassionate grandson-in-law, he didn't even notice that he had unconsciously called the patriarch 'grandpa'.

The patriarch turned toward the 'new' youngster and scanned him carefully. The more he observed the more surprised he became. Indeed, this one...really seems to be their Sol? did he really became old that he couldn't even recognize people? wait a minute, what did Sol just called him? grandpa?

The patriarch's old face slowly blossomed a gentle smile and the sharp counters of his face smoothed over, crinkling around his eyes. His hearty laughter spread over and he patted Sol's head in a brilliant mood "It looks so beautiful, suits my grandson the best! Ha ha!"

"You must be tired after the journey, let's go, everybody's waiting for you to come back" completely abandoning the wronged Ginn to the side , they left together happily.

The casted-aside frowned lonely to a side. 'grandpa, is it really okay to shift sides in a second like that? I was going to rely on your help to persuade Sol to change back, but what now? How can you be brought this easily with a word?!! What happened to your prestige of a respected Marshal?!!' With an unlovable expression on his face, Ginn quickly changed his shoes.

Seui who didn't know he had unconsciously passed a great ordeal was in great spirits. However there wasn't a such thing as a free meal in this world, Due to his rare proactive behavior, he was dragged over to discuss the wedding details for a few hours with his overly enthusiastic in-laws. All this while ,Ginn was basically plastered onto him and had his hand threaded around Seui's waist in an open and honest manner, which pleased the elders a lot. In the end, Seui had to grit his teeth and endure while wailing in his heart, 'this.is.definitely.retribution!'

So, back to the present. Seui knew that the palm-print was one of Ginn's 'glorious battle scars' from the previous beating. Although he wanted to gloat very much, he barely restrained himself remembering that he still had a favor to ask Ginn.

So he slowly walked up to Ginn, who was changing into his pale blue pajamas printed with an orb. Seeing him coming over, Ginn's magnificent brows rose dramatically. "why? did you wanted to cuddle in your husband's embrace?" with a generous look, Ginn opened his arms "don't be shy, you're welcome anytime"

Seui unsteadily took a step a forward and wanted to thank him subconsciously. The next moment he paused, incredulous , 'wait, he wasn't even going to cuddle with him! what's the deal with thanks? this guy is just too sly, even managed to confuse him for a second!!'

'I can't scoff now, I can't scoff now...' chanting in his heart , Seui greeted Ginn with an almost natural expression and decided to take use of the opportunity presented to the door. "no need, but since you insist, you can do something else for me"

"Oh?" Ginn felt interesting and asked him to continue. In any case, it was now his duty to fulfill his spouse's needs.

"Mm..could you find a VR set? It doesn't necessarily need to be new" This was the solution Mr.Declan had came up for practicing since Sol couldn't come there everyday anymore. However now that he had assessed their powers and had a basic understanding about them, it wasn't a major problem to continue the rest of it in VR mode. Since the entrance exam is coming up soon , they couldn't afford to miss any of the lessons, so this was the most perfect solution.

"Well, it's no biggie. I can lend you my extra set and buy a new one for you later since we were planning go shopping either way." Ginn quickly agreed with an easy attitude, before adding in a playful tone "..but here's the thing, caring goes both ways , isn't it? Since your husband is caring so much about you , shouldn't you also care of your husband and satisfy a small wish of him?"

Seui's mouth flattened unconsciously. He knew that it wouldn't be that easy, d*mn! he should've asked his mother-in-law or something, it would've better than this!!

Looking at Sol's flattened mouth , Ginn felt amusing. It seemed that since he got back from back from Yew's place , his emotional display had probably increased by a bit. Maybe he wasn't even aware that he was making such an adorable expression in front of him. Otherwise there's no way his dignified demeanor would still be unaffected ! He carefully covered his expression so that Sol wouldn't notice any strangeness in him. It would be a pity if he retracted that expression even before he fully enjoyed it! Ginn had a nice idea forming in his head!

Thus a few minutes later , the two of them sat side by side on the bed in couple pajamas and in between them was an untied VR bracelet with a simple thunderbolt pattern. They were the pajamas that Genevieve had arranged for them before. Seui had an extremely unwilling appearance and from time to time he glared at the fluff ball on his chest and Ginn in turns. Although Ginn's appearance revealed nothing, his eyes filled with starlight instantly betrayed him. At the moment , Sol was totally a living version of the cute fluff ball on his chest. Looking at Sol in his soft pink top with his transparent eyes and the watery red lips that soothed the whole temperament, Ginn felt as if a feather scratching his heart.

Feeling that he had bullied Sol, he had the patience to explain the VR bracelet to Sol. Since Sol wasn't an ability user, it is estimated that he haven't had much opportunities to expose to the high-tech since they were basically exclusive for nobles.

"Well, you can use this VR bracelet to enter the VR world. All you have to do is to wear it , and then a screen will appear in front of you. Although I've adjusted it before, it would automatically format when another person use it.. So you can adjust the features and log in or create an account and sign in. After that you just have to touch the screen and voilà you're in there. It's pretty simple"

"right, can I know why did you suddenly have an interest in VR?"

Seui paused for a bit and spouted the excuse he had prepared beforehand "Yew suggested playing there together and we made an appointment"

Ginn's pleasant mood instantly reduced by a quarter. 'This guy again! Why is he poking his nose everywhere? Doesn't he have a husband too?! When they meet next time, he must give Rae a piece of his mind!! It's time he learned to restrain his 'wife' a bit!!!'

With a sour mood he suggested "I can accompany you to play too. Should I join you with my other set? I've been around the block couple of times, I can take you to have fun"

Seui turned to him in a complex mood "Really? then we can go together another time. It's not good to go back on my words, so today I'll have to go with Yew" he absolutely had to keep this appointment, Mr. Declan would definitely kick a terrible fuss if he keeps delaying the classes over and over. However he was a bit surprised by Ginn's generous offer. It must be because he already had his way! Thinking about the humiliation of wearing fluff balls, he felt he was moved in vain!!

After hearing Sol's rejection Ginn was a bit down. But since there is plenty of time for time for their feelings to slowly increase , he was satisfied.

"Then you go ahead , I'll be here with you" he occupied half of the bed saying "why don't you lie down too, otherwise you'll have a stiff back when you come out of the VR"

Seui felt that it was reasonable. So he laid down beside Ginn carefully and even covered his body with a blanket. At this time, his mobile received a message from Yew. It was the VR account information of Yew's trumpet. Seui could easily create a new account, but to enter the power training areas one need a verified ability user identification, which is something only ability users would get. Since Sol was known as a normal person to the others , there was no way he would own something like that. Which is why Yew volunteered to hand over his trumpet to him.

Seui took the VR bracelet and touched it to his left wrist and the bracelet automatically fastened itself so that it would fit well.

The next moment, a 3D screen appeared in front of Seui, just at his eye level. Following Ginn's previous instructions Seui adjusted the settings quickly. As somebody who had read plenty of interstellar novels, he knew to adjust the pain simulation level to less than 50% and even set to hide his visible info. After logging in to Yew's account, he saw the profile of a young guy with an charming appearance, 70% like Yew and the remaining 30% like Sol himself. Even the username was called Sol. He knew Yew must have custom designed it to look so since he must've had some attachments for his previous look. In the end, it turned out to be good for Seui as well. The moment he touched the screen , he felt a sense of weightlessness and his consciousness blurred. In the next moment, he heard a sweet voice of a girl in his mind "welcome back to the VR world, please choose your destination "
