What happend to smoke ganja,Weed or Marizuana?

Marizuana is the medicinal or herbal plant which has some chemical compound like THC,TC etc.when we smoke this many kinds of anatomical or physiological problme will appear on us like:our eye size getting small,our body will be shake or fatigue cause we felt everything is moving.we have appear short term memory cause we forgot something shortly while talking or doing any work.that's the physiological disorder or symptom to smoke weed.

now we are talking about anatomical symptom what happened in our boday organ while smoking weed.fist our throat gone dry or our chest is in burning stage.we can't produce enzyme from our mouth organ.abd our stomach gone empty because of smoke metabolize is increase while we felt hunger and too much hunger.our lungs is in burning sensation.
