1st day

Everybody was super confused what just happened we thought it was a dream

There was a screen in front of everybody

The original skill.

everyone got one some were stupid op some weren't as much.

Suddenly a loud thundering voice boomed

For your stats you'll have an hp bar a cp bar and an xp bar now if you wanna go back to your families u have to find your soul.

They are hidden around the world so explore this big ugly world.

Since everyone here grew up in a peaceful world i gave u heads up on a rly safe forest

Close to a colony of humans .

We were all grouped it was amazing seeing students try their skills a guy suddenly just passed out we were worrried and scared when he woke up he got a notification he passed out because of mana overuse u can use up to -10% fron what i was able to gather it seems like if u had 100 cp u can use 110 and if u use 111 u pass out.

A lucky guy had some type of explosive skill

He was bragging and hit a tree a nest fell off

All we heard was a bird noise suddenly we were surrounded by big beards of all kinds everybody split up i grabbed my best friend she was in shock panicked i caught the attention of 5 other friends and we just ran.

We lost them i was leading the running like i knew what i was doing or where i was going

Of course i dint but i had to at least act .

We discussed about our abilities

Mine was speedster

Tika had plant communication,

Izme had mana overflow ,

my best friend got energy dash ,

one(his name btw) had eagle formation ,

joze got link and

petarka got kings voice.

We started moving again to find the colony but we found a cave ive read these types of stories caves are not exactly safe as we were standing in the entrance a wolf appeared out of nowhere it was injured and it was hungry it leaped it was pretty injured so he was slow and i was able to dodge grabbed a stone hit him in the eye

A friend got a piece of wood and hit him in the back as he turned around to bite i swept His legs and the friend could hit him one more time everybody's terrified we couldn't think straight petarka was throwing stones from afar most of the friends were behind me or my friend loki we were acting like we were animals we broke the wolfs leg by hitting him with blunt objects and we were torturing him until he died he was whaling and screaming like a pup we killed it out of fear but it still doesn't justify that was the ugliest thing any of us did.

Anyways he died and the xp got shared by everyone of us.

The colony

Tika had the idea to skin the dog and cook it even though its disgusting we have to eat joze said we can stay without food for weeks we need to find the colony we dont know we might get sick by eating that.

We were going in circles petarka said none of us used the skills we got i said iwas in panic i forgot i had one we got close to a mountain and finallyy we saw the wallsss.

We ran at it when we arrived the guards let us in without saying a word ,

Soon we found out like 30 students were already there the leader

rek 'sai picket us up he said the others told me everything come with me

We got in a room there were guards students were sat and reksai was at the front ready to give a speech i guess.

HELLO NEWCOMERS welcome to our land from what i was able to father you re not from here u have no family no money no food no power no knowledge and we are able to give you that only in one case you join our revolution the country has become nothing the royals have everything while there are kids on the streets of sikena dying for food this revolution was made to fight that i will give you shelter and train you guys if you work for me what do you say. People accepted cus they were cornered and had no options a week passed a group of students found the colony 7 of them

We were all located in random parts of the colony as it was big i wondered how big a city was if this was just a colony . I took a stroll around the forest i found a goblin turns out they are powerful and ditty players it was a low level mosnter but it was hard to kill it

I had a knife and a sword i let the goblin swing the club first dodged it swung and cut the green skin on his right shoulder he immediately improvised as my posture was off he kicked me in the leg and hit me in the ear I activated my skill it was only a little boost to speed and reaction time the next swing I dodged and tried to stab the goblin but only could cut a bit of the lower body we backed off he came at me i waited for the perfect moment swosh he swung again i got inside his space pulled out the knife and stabbed him in the neck.

My skill is pretty weak but i feel like im gonna scale i rested a bit and got back to grinding i was able to kill 7 goblins and got 4 levels each goblin giving different amounts of exp 350 in total i got to lvl 6 and my skill got a level up i also gained a knife mastery skill

im gonna explain the stats so there is a layout

Rek sai regulated a training camp for the students so they can get a better grasp of their skill i was kinda jealous of some students gaining such op stuff like fire fist

There is a magic system in Etheria everyone can learn magic but not everyone is skilled

For example if somebody with a original skill with fire decides to learn fire magic he is gonna be way better than someone who doesn't have that.

6th day me and loki(best friend )

Decided to go kill a goblin herd so when a goblin reaches lv 10 he evolves to a bigger goblin i guess idk what its called.

It was located in the cave we first saw

We went in it was so big it had enough space for a concert to be held there we got used to slaying goblins the ones we were killing we called them scouters there were 3 types guards scouters and the last ones were smarlins they were the most dangerous scouters were fast on their feet

Guards were stronger but dumb and smarlins they stayed in the back they liked attacking from a range they could set up traps could learn magic but mostly liked using bows as we were walking 2 guards rush at us loki used his dash ability to get behind them and killed them his ability is kinda like mine but it has a cooldown he can dash a couple of meters or so mine was mor of a passive when i fight i usually dont activate it tho we found the lair there was a hebo goblin 3 smarlins 7 guards and 2 scouters they were eating human flesh

They dint notice us 2 smarlins were holding bows one had nothing in his hands

We sneakily got closer loki used dash again killed a guard and backed off smarlins immediately responded one tried to grab him i cut his hand with my sword arrows were being shot at us one hit loki in the leg

I went in quickly killed 1 scouter and 2 guards loki could still use dash and got in close range of smarlins killed one as he was about to stab the other he felt a shiver jumped back to find out the goblins hand was covered in ice we were amazed he shot icicles at him he dodged one hit a guard it stabbed him and froze the surrounding area

The hebo goblin(guard) lv11

Was about 2.5 meters tall he preferred using hands as his weapons he tried to punch me i used my ability i just narrowly dodget a guard hit me in the back i spined around cut him down and run to loki to help him the hebo was running after me i threw my knife at a guard behing loki he stabbed the other smarlin only 1 guard and 1 smarlin left

Loki got out of range to rest a bit with his skill while i finished of the last guard

The hebo goblin jumped and tried to hit me i jumped back again he hit the ground the ground cracked and a loud noise was heard

I started running grabbed loki and we just ran outt of the cave he couldn't move the arrow in his leg limited him they were catching up to us i dint have a knife and in the tunnel i couldn't use my sword loki was injured i dont think we will survive the hebo goblin was rly slow and the smarlin was kepping his distance while throwing icicles

We got out of the cave i helped loki pull the arrow of his leg i got 2 lvs 3 points to str 3 to vit we were waiting they got out we started round 2 we were running around trying to kill of the ice bastard but the big dummy got in the way he couldn't hit me i was better at combat than him my skill was leveling up i

Was getting used to fighting i was getting confident and as i was getting more confident i slipped and was about to get hit

Loki used dash got in front of me tanked the attack but he couldn't even breathe he was in rly bad shape i thought he died idk if it was adrenaline or what but i ran so much faster than before i lost the goblins but he was coughing blood the cave wasn't exactly close to the colony otherwise they would have cleared it but fortunately i got to safety he survived but was hospitalised if i would have taken just a bit longer he would have died as he was getting better i was training they started teaching us basic magic

I got a skill

weapon strength it costed cp but made your weapon stronger i also got speedster to lvl 10 knife mastery to 7 and sword to 4

I hunted wolfs for the week he was in bed i got stronger he recovered and we went back to finish the job but something dint seem right it was quiet way to quiet it was probably loaded with traps so we were careful the traps were pretty noticeable they are goblins after all we made a plan on the way to the herd loki will kill the smarlin while i distract the big dummy as soon as we got there we dashed off i appear in front of the hobogoblin and tried to cut his big head he leans back in that instant i see loki cut the

Smarlins throat and comes to assist me we go for the legs i was able to cut the back of his knee by loki distracting him as soon as i did we won the fight he was powerless as he couldn't sit up i had more range than him because of my sword we cut him down i got 3 lvls just from him we went back with his head and we could sell it as it could be used for some alchemy stuff or whatever.

2 weeks pass i go out hunting for wolfs as they give a lot of exp but they are pretty op so i look out for ones that have been banished from the herd like the wolf on the first day, since they are probably injured by getting bitten from the other guys wolfs can evolve to but luckily they usually dont here as there isn't enough exp for them to lvl up we create a group of 5 to tru and kill a pack of wolves the reason to get experience not the xp bar but we wanna learn to fight together so we can help eachother out if the time comes we were easily able to find one as one's ability allows him to transform into a bird there was 7 and 3 rly small cubs

One swooped in and falcon punched one wolf tikas ability could make plants grow faster and control them so she binds them to the ground and izme finishes them off using mana arrows me and loki felt useless

Izme and tika were clapping and hugging each other they never tried hunting together so they never knew they complimented each other so much. We killed of like 3 packs until we spotted a direwolf he was alone in fact we dint spot him he noticed us and came for us tika tried to grab his legs he jump away from them leaped at izme she threw a mana arrow he dodged and one tried falcon punch unfortunately the direwolf was quick and smart he grabbed his leg slammed one to the ground me and loki rushed to him and tried to cut and/or stab him he let one go but we couldn't get him my reaction speed was getting better from my skill so i was able to keep up with the wolf but the strength difference was noticeable loki was dashing in and out wearing him down one was out izme was supporting me with mana arrows tika was trying to trap him or limit his mobility he goes for my arm i jump back as soon as i do he turns around and goes for tika she has a rly strong ability but close range isn't her thing she tries to run away but the wolf catches her ripping her arm off as he does me And loki cut his head off. Tika was lying there screaming in agony and fear we patch her up and go back to the colony ,when we get there we learn there is no way for her to get her arm back even with magic we decide to train for a month before we go out again we dint learn the lesson the first time but this time we arent doing the same mistake .

Days go by

A month has passed and my progress has been amazing my ability is starting to be useful i can out manover most of the guys in the colony and im almost at the speed of lokis dash but his cooldown has gone down a lot now he can spam it so we kinda are the both sides of the same coin tika never recovered mentally izme got rly strong one also learned to control his transformation

better in that month reksai was seeing the progress the students he was grinning he was super happy they were getting so strong.

On a random monday reksai decided to have a speech turns out he wants to go to war as soon as possible but his allied forces havent made their preparations yet so as soon as they do the war will come.

The next day in the bar while eating food loki said he wanted to leave the colony he dint feel comfortable around that guy rek sai i felt the same way so we ran away the agreement was cut i feel bad for him but it is what it is we lived in the wild day by day we were getting stronger.

Killing direwolfs became just another day in the office we had spars to learn to use abilities more in battle

we also got a skill book augmentaion it was an active/passive skill where u use mana to augment your body it cost 20cp/sec it was pretty costly and the benefits werent a lot but if we trained it i know it will become a good asset to have.

Loki was on the lookout for animals to kill weirdly he didn't find any turns out we were close to a bandit camp we knew that because we were ambushed by them they were super strong who would have guessed that random bandits could throw hands they dint have any skills or abilities to pount out they were just strong physically and fast they probably used augment to we were saved by a big knight he noticed our clothes were dirty we were injured he took us home his house was close to sikema he offered food

He already saved us so if we tell the truth he isn't gonna just kill us …

-lvls aren't anything a lvl10 good fighter can beat a lvl 20 cocky dude

4 days passed by rly quick first phase was meditation and finding your mana feeling it

We git that on the first day it surprised the knight because it usually took around a month for people to find it guess it was because it was suddenly inserted in my body i could feel it. Second stage was controlling the mana we got alot of levels in mana also i got a new skill called

mana manipulation it increased cp and cp recovery the 3 stade was activating and deactivating to save the mana.

-You guys should rest u know thats part of training (to think they got this far by the 4th day they really are prodigy's )

-it is but im so close making a passive skill active spent my whole day and still im so far yet so close.

Those bastards they left me alone tika hasn't been herself lately

Im training for the day i see them again do i can give a good lesson

I take a stroll around the colony there isnt much that catches the eye today in training we learned mana augment and mana aura of course i was the best so reksai got a teacher for me he wants me to learn attributes tomorrow im gonna met him

So for today i took a break

The next day came i met up with him at the training grounds first thing he did was throw a firebball at me

I quickly put up a barrier and shielded myself he threw another one but this time the barrier breaks and i get a burn mark on the cheek.

A month went by rly quickly we learned a lot of stuff me and loki the knight said we were finally ready for a beginner raid

raids are basically these portals that send you to a random place with high mana and stronger than normal beasts

Raids appear due to mana fluctuations there are begginer intermediate and hardd

Raids the gap between them is substantial he gave an item called a compass they point to the nearest raid in the vacinity

I guess it was a way of the knight saying goodbye already you've been here for months.

Me and loki decided if we get a reward we are going to give it to the knight

We said our goobyes and moved on.
