Prologue

There used to be a wonderful country where freedom was its motto and liberty its slogan. It had a stable government where the people were the powerful. But, power tends to corrupt, and absolute power corrupts absolutely. Sometime in the mid - 2050s the government completely shifted to a socialist totalitarianism form of government. The steady flow and poisoning of the nation's ideals had caused liberal and socialist agendas to run unchecked. No other party could stand against the leftist party and eventually the other parties ceased to exist. A person simply known as the Head, took over the government and began a terrible regime, known as the SSP (Sovereign Socialist Party.)

They first made it illegal for any form of protest to be performed. Then they made it illegal to say anything against the party or government. They took away key rights such as private property, press, religion, assembly, the right to petition the government and to bear arms. All local law enforcement agencies were shut down and replaced with government contract forces. Old federal agencies like the FBI, CIA and ATF, even the military, were replaced with the ICPW (Institute of Correction Punishment and War.) Many groups had tried to form against the new regime, but most had failed. Anyone caught in or associated with a rebellious group was arrested and usually executed without warning, in public. There used to be hundreds of rebellion groups that dotted the nation, but there was only one that was able to hold its own against the government.

SIA, formed by patriots, former military leaders and foreign agencies, the S.I.A has been able to establish a strong footing and is slowly gaining the country back area by area. Using guerilla, blitz and various forms of tactics the SIA has cut off several major naval and airports, supply routes and major highways. Most democratic countries have placed an embargo on supplies to the SSP, but a very few.

2092, after 37 years of continuous siege against the SSP they are ready to send a killing blow against them. A division of insurgents trained by the SIA and former special forces have assembled to invade the capitol district.
