We Were Destined To Be

Park Haeyoon, a calm yet expressionless high school girl. She felt like her life had no meaning. Two pieces of her heart disappeared 5 years ago and what was left was a hollow shell. But before then, she also had this other feeling. For as long as she could remember, she always felt like something was missing. There was an emptiness in her heart which she could not understand. She spent her time wondering what that feeling was when before she knew it, she met the new student and everything suddenly made sense. Baek Sungwoo was an ordinary boy yet not so ordinary. After a few encounters, they both realised they had a bond that transcended through worlds. Realising they were lovers from a different world and finding out that world was recorded as a novel in their current world was overwhelming. Unanswered questions were finally answered after they read the novel and the reason for their death was clear. Despite everything, both of them decided to start afresh and spend as much time as they could together, rekindling their old love. But what if their sweet time in that world was also cut short? Unable to avoid death the second time, they found themselves getting one more chance at life and back in their original world. Determined to not let their relationship have a tragic ending again, they do everything to stop the events of the novel from unfolding and try to achieve their unfulfilled justice. And as they do, they once again realised that they were destined to be together.
