Examining the foot's nail, Dr. Sherry keep on trying her best to look at any trauma skin that might give the police clue, however after going through both feet, Dr. Sherry was still unable to gain any substance or dirt that might get drag along by the time the killer brought the body to the parking lot which makes she feel even funnier.

"It seems our opponent is a professional killer, even the nails are in good condition."

Putting down the scapple, one of Dr. Sherry's assistants replies with a nod while giving her own opinion.

"The killer has a very detailed personality. I think there are slim chances in obtaining fingerprint or other things that didn't belong to the victim."

Nodding her head, Dr. Sherry agrees with one of her assistants' statements. Seeing their leader agree, all of them look at each other thinking that today they will have to work overtime.

Next, the other assistant putting down the victim's thigh on the table near the feet, combining the part without stitching them. From the upper side, the four parts give them a scene of puppets with unattached joints kinda vibe which not only can make others feel like celebrating a Halloween but it also could make whoever see it feeling a chill run down their spine. The cut between the two joints can be described as a very nice and clean-cut because only the muscles that is cut off and not the skeletons.

For one minute, there is no movement at all from the four of them which makes it seems like the movie had been paused in the middle, if the seconds in the camera didn't move, the onlookers might believe that this scene is currently being paused.

"Hahahahahaha!"

The long pause has suddenly been broken by Dr. Sherry. Her eyes shine brightly such as looking at a masterpiece that should have to receive an award instead of looking at a dead body. The other three assistants stand still waiting for her next instruction, since their leader reacts like that, all of them know there will be a change in the plan.

"Let's combine all the parts on the table."

With a flat smile, the operation room's temperature suddenly dropped a couple of degrees making the three assistants work in their extra attention. Taking out one and another part and putting it on the table one by one, all of them took almost ten minutes to completely assemble all the limps. Heaving a sigh, Dr. Sherry start to examine the joints with her three assistants, to their surprise every part of the limps contains the same length of cut which is measured from the skeleton to the cut part which in between the ligament.

Since the knee has a knee joint, thus the cut was run through the bones which are called femur and tibia. The fact that the killer was able to perfectly cut the victim surprise everyone inside the operation room. Done examining the cut part and finding external substances and any other foreign things, Dr. Sherry instructs her three assistants to begin examining inside the body. Still, in two teams, Dr. Sherry begins to divide the task by checking the most important part of a human body which are the head and the main body.

Taking a lead, Dr. Sherry hold a scalpel to cut open the chest, with skill, Dr. Sherry put in the scalpel and run it through the victim's chest from the neck until the pelvic. Along with the cut, the blood that run out from the body again giving Dr. Sherry and her assistant a continuous shock. The supposed red blood cells that had been formed by hemic iron suddenly turn to be black in color, the assistant quickly takes out a clip that needs to hold the skin apart and clips it over after Dr. Sherry has done cutting the skins.

The black blood runs out without stopping, Dr. Sherry who still holding the scalpel watch it without much emotion which contradicts the situation inside her brain. This is her first time watching the blood that keeps on pouring out even after being dead for god know how long. There are several cases that can make the blood active, but it still needs a lot of combinations of chemicals that have a very acidic in nature.

"Dr?"

"Take the blood sample in a couple of tubes. Put the rib shears, I want to look at the inside of the body."

While Dr. Sherry and her assistant been captured by the black blood, the other two assistants were shocked silly looking at the victim's brain. To cut open the head, first, the two assistants make a hole at the top of the head before cutting the skin open and reveal the skull.

Since the skull is one of the strongest bones other than the ribs, the two of them use a medical drill to cut the skull before putting the senn in between to keep the skull open. Cutting the side part to allow the skull to be open at both sides, the two assistants work together replacing each other at a certain pause. This is where the horror scene comes to their eyes sight.

"Dr!"

The call shocked not only Dr. Sherry but also their colleagues, sensing that there is something wrong with the brain, Dr. Sherry quickly walk to the head part to take a look. From camera number one, the victim's brain can be seen clearly after the two assistants give a way to Dr. Sherry.

A very unpleasant scene is being showcased and safely being recorded by the two cameras, the greenish muscle with mucus can be seen on the brain's surface. The brain is not only being damaged by the lack of oxygen but it is also being damaged by the chemical that had been trapped insight the brain which might be due to the excessive inhaling of the chemical substance.

Seeing the brain's condition, Dr. Sherry instructs the two of them to take sample as many as they can, putting all the greenish liquid that covers the dead brain, one of the assistants use a dip samplers to gather all the greenish liquid and putting it into the tube. Leaving the two assistants on their own, Dr. Sherry proceeds with her task, clamping the rib open by cutting the costal cartilage.

To their surprise, even the internal organ rotten due to the acids. It seems the victims had been tortures cruelly before she died which confirms that the killer indeed holds a huge grudge with the victim. One by one, the internal organs have been carried out in a very careful manner onto the other steel tray that specifically for placing the organ by four of them. Since this is their first time for the three assistants in handling an autopsy with a very unpleasant dead body, the three of them had a very difficult feeling in their eyes.

Taking as many samples as they can, the test tube holder that can hold twenty-seven test tubes is finally full with the specimen that had been taken out from the dead body's fluids. Dr. Sherry who is currently busy looking at the internal organ with her prestige forceps keeps on observing the brain while comparing it with the lungs. Wearing the teleloupe spectacles that can help her in giving a clear near vision of the organ while observing it since the organ has many layers of tissues that need to be pay attention to.

Those organs such as kidneys, heart, liver, trachea, stomach, the small and big intestines called the ileum, duodenum, and jejunum, all of them had been safely put inside the box with label before storing it inside static cold storage. It took them three hours before all the specimens can be send to the lab for getting the results.
