3 Anna Wang – Part 1

The bell rang, the lecture hall that held full students in it in the past 2 hours began to empty. Students rush out and walk gracefully to their desire place either by group of five to six people or even small in number. Anna walks by herself alone as any other days. Her present in the hallway does not even catch other eyes but the opposite way as she never exists. Her curl black hair with slightly long bang makes her face smaller and unnoticeable. With the big blue bag, she seems like a junior walking who is a freak and don't have many friends because of her unpleasant look.

The transition time between the first class and second class only for 20 minutes. Anna who brought her own meal and snack walk to a small bench at the end of corridor with a quick step. She doesn't want to encounter a popular group or any other bullies who always use her as their materials for new jokes even though none of them aver knows or remember about her.

The next class will be a biology class. In the high school, biology and chemistry are her favourite subjects and she will always due many experiments in her small rented room when she had leisure time, and that's the only way she can put other things at the outmost location in her head. The snack are the simplest types of snacks that can be seen at every store, Anna who currently eating the last piece of garlic bread pause her movement. A group of people who walk gorgeously had already set their eyes on her, even a couple of them show a snicker smile like how a predator show their satisfaction reaction on their prey.

If this scene occurs in the ancient time, there will be many poems that can be used to describe how Anna felt, how high the aura of the villain who currently walking with their eyes fix on Anna, and how tension the air was. But unfortunately, nothing could be heard at the moment, the sound of footsteps increasing, contrast with Anna who silently hiding her own face down to the earth.

"Look, another beggar! Wow, what a poor beggar, let me see if this nerdy girl has a nice face or not?"

The bench was surrounded by the group of people, all of them keep on smile evilly waiting for the big show of humiliations. Anna just bowed down, she never dares to response or looking at their eyes, heaven know how timid she is and that is why her present never being notice by anyone even though she is one of the scholarship holders. What more, even one of the group of people who joins in bullying her don't even notice who she is even though both of them have good reputation in school. The girl who ridiculer Anna just now pinched Anna jaw and directly pull Anna head up.

"Damn! It really an ugly duckling!"

Laughter echoed in the hallway since only six of them present and the wavelength of the sound have less barrier, that's why it's more vivid and humiliates for Anna who knows how ugly her face with addition of glasses on her face.

Anna is a nerd young girl, even though she lives alone in the dorm because none of the high schooler wants to get near her not to be mentioned wants to be friend with some nerdy and freak girl like her. That's why she lives herself alone and try to survive since it only need another year before she can graduate and move out from the town following her mother.

"Oh My God! She's crying! Why you are so weak?! I have .... so much fun with you!"

Hearing her, the other laugh even more. They never thought that the girl will crying badly and making the ugly face even uglier. One of the girls or can be call as a top three student in the high school pull out her phone and directly records the most embarrassing moment in Anna's life without restrains. She even makes the other pull Anna's hair upwards revealing the face that soaked with tears with runny nose. satisfy with the contains, all of them continue walking to the left direction which led to the art's hall.

If anyone happen to stumble upon Anna, maybe every one of them will laugh at her out loud. Anna's hair seems even messier with an addition of green straw at the top of her head, with a red stain at her cloth make she look petty like a clown begging for money as repayment from her funny look. She cried quietly, feeling frustrated which make she feel suffocated and giving up living in the world. From the moment she broken the family tied with her father and other, she been living like in hell which of course much better than being bitten by her stepmother and unable to eat her full meal. and compared with all ridiculers she gets and living by herself in the dorm, for sure she will choose the latter but still the life is still worse than what she even imagines.

Her stain cloth make she look even like a beggar. She combs her messy hair with her finger, run them to smoothen her hair but apparently the hair stuck to each other hair and the knot are now even hard to disintegrate. Sighing, Anna walks herself slowly to the restroom and thinking to skipping the next class even though the next class is her favourite class which is chemistry.

In the class, she always being paired with a nerd boy who never pay any glance to her. Both of them always do things separately and even the task need to be completed in a group, they still don't bother with each other. But it what make Anna happier, she able to do many experiments without being disturbing by anyone, and this moment will be the best moment in her life where she won't bother with anything other than the specimen that she will experiments with.

Later she arrived at the washroom. Stepping inside, she sighs in small breath. The water that being poured onto her cloth now had start giving smell. Even though the smell is nice, but still, it will attract other attention which the last thing she wants it to be. Living as an introvert like her, this attention will only make more people aware of her existence.

It took her almost every day for worrying and planning her day in order to keep on with classes and perform greatly in sport without being notice by other students, and thanks for it she managed to get to hold tightly on the scholarship until now now and could living on herself without depending onto her mother savings.
