4 Chapter 4: A smiling face does not represent kindness

Three figures could be seen dashing into the outskirts of Crimson River Forest. A middle-aged man was in the lead but he was being closely followed by two young figures. These three were none other than Instructor Aisuru, Darien and Aviana. They had covered 25 miles in last 10 minutes and Darien and Aviana were already letting out rivers of sweat. Just as they thought of slowing down, Instructor Aisuru suddenly came to a screeching halt. Contrary to Darien and Aviana's exhausted expressions, he seemed like he had just had a nice stroll down the beach. Not a single trace of sweat could be seen on his face. What's more, his face seemed to have grown younger and was oozing vitality. It now had a healthy bronze colour which was completely opposite the slightly pale colour he used to have.

Darien and Aviana instantly realised that they extremely underestimated this Instructor of theirs. In the past, they thought that he was just another teacher of Kaishi Martial Arts School but now... Now his feat told them that this man in front of them was significantly older than he showed and had a terrifying cultivation base.

Instructor Aisuru smiled at the two in front of him. While he had seen better talents, these two would suffice for Kaishi Martial Arts School to get the initiative back from the Trairu Clan. He smiled warmly at the two before laughing heartily. "Truly in all my years, I have never seen such talented individuals!" The two smiled coyishly. Instructor Aisuru laughed at this before saying, "Let's wait for ten minutes and see if there are any other who can catch up." Although he said this Darien and Aviana knew that he didn't mean it. While it was possible for the nobles to catch up with their speed, they had taken a lot of twists and turns when they entered the forest. Thus while they could catch up in ten minutes, they couldn't find them. Thinking of this the two knew that they would catch a lot of attention after it was revealed that they passed the preparation camp. As such two years later chaos would definitely ensue.

While it was another problem altogether if the Kaishi Martial Arts School could endure for two more years, if they can then there was a possibility of them being free of the nobles oppression. Of course, the nobles would never allow this but what can they do? Unless the Trairu Clan can suddenly get multiple Mortal Core Realm practitioners in the span of two years there was nothing they could do about it. After all, the Kaishi Martial Arts School was a tyrant of its own.

Ten minutes quickly passed and, as expected, there was no other person who was able to catch up to them. Instructor Aisuru then looked at Darien and Aviana and ceremoniously said, "I welcome you to Kaishi Martial Arts School!"

"But Instructor we haven't passed the entrance exam yet," Darien was confused he was sure that there was supposed to be an entrance exam.

Instructor Aisuru chuckled and said, "That's only for nobles. As you two probably know we are extremely desperate for talented commoner students. As such we have decided to let commoners who passed the preparation camp exam to enter the school with any other exams. Unfortunately, this wasn't able to be applied due there not being any commoners who passed the preparation camp exams." He then took out twp red vials and handed it to the two of them. "Take this. This is called Godly Physique Forging Medicine! It said to be able to give mortals the bodies of Gods! Drink it then try to absorb World Energy into your cells so that you can temper your body to be as strong as a God's!"

Darien and Aviana looked at the two red vials suspiciously. They wouldn't believe that such a heaven-defying object would exist and even if it did such a delicious pie would never drop without any strings attached. Instructor Aisuru inwardly cursed as he saw their guarded expressions but his face was still smiling. His wide smile still warmed a person's heart but now it was extremely solemn. "In exchange, I wish for you to save our school from the peril that it is currently in. I assure you that our school will be loyal to you and will assist you in whatever you wish."

Darien and Aviana looked at each other before nodding. They knew that the man in front of them had alternative motives but it didn't matter to them. They felt that Mark and Elaine could shelter them from all evil. It was a hunch that they had. Even if they couldn't they trusted the overbearing charts that they were born with. As such they took the vials and swallowed it without any hesitation, they could just settle their debts with Instructor Aisuru later on anyway.

As the red liquid slow poured into their mouth's, Instructor Aisuru's lips imperceptibly curved up. The so-called Godly Physique Forging Medicine was actually called the Potential Destroying Poison. It was indeed helpful and can create a good physique but definitely not to the point that you would become a God! What's more, it would take all the potential stored up in your body and use it to transform your body. Therefore, for most people, it would render them unable to become a Martialist much less break into the Mortal Core Realm. Therefore, apart from old people who wish to fulfil their dreams, no one would use the Potential Destroying Poison.

As the poison went down their throats' Darien and Aviana could feel a massive suction force coming up from the liquid. As the poison went down their digestive tract, it slow solidified. As it solidified the suction power coming from coming from became exponentially stronger! Darien and Aviana's potential was being slowly sucked out from the depths of their bodies. Their potential was slowly trickling into the now red solid located in their stomachs. In exchange, the red solid was letting out white dots which contained tons of vitality. The vitality nourished their cells and made it stronger. However, the trading of potential for a slightly stronger body is not worth it! Although this was the case, they were not worried. As the red solid's suction power became stronger a powerful, ancient force came roaring from deep within their bodies. This roar disintegrated the red solid into massive amounts of vitality which nourished their bodies without any consequences.
