2 Chapter 1 Mundane Day
A day like any other, bustling morning where people continue their daily lives doing the same routine each passing day.
Waking up in the morning eating breakfast happily with their family and hurriedly prepares for work or school...
But not everyone is as blessed as they are...
Enjoying family time...
Some even finds this bless as bothersome...
They don't truly understand how blessed they are just by having a family to be there for them...
The warmth others lack and seek of...
A family you can count on a family one could rely on and would not betray you.
Those people just don't understand how fortunate it is to have them...
...
Unlike me...not even being able to meet my parents nor know any relatives...
No one to rely on ever since...
Every morning i wake up alone...
Eating breakfast alone...
Every evening i get back to that apartment without anyone greeting me...
That's how my day start and ends on a cycle...
I ask myself what is the purpose of living if you're gonna die at the end?
Making yourself famous only to die and be forgotten in history as time goes by?
Strengthen yourself dedicating your whole life training only to soon be crippled by old age and lose the unrivalled strength you once had and die not being able to do anything?
Gathering wealth and becoming a billionaire only to die without even being able to use it for greater good, mass control, evil deeds or even for anything and just leaving it all behind for the afterlife?
Being happy? Being able to do what you want? Living life to the fullest?
Pfft.
Get real. No one knows the true purpose of life. In the end those are just opinion that people thinks and believes it as such.
Being backed up by millions of people of course the mass would think that is the true meaning of life without even thinking any deeper than it actually is.
In the end that's how i think
Nothing would change.
Nothing can be done to change that.
The mind of a human once they started thinking they are right with the backing of the people they can never be swayed any longer and would prove to be meaningless.
These questions that i ask never has an answer of right or wrong.
As such my mundane life continues
That is until high school.
I Lucas met my new found Friend
Drei.
And slowly yet surely my life began to change bit by bit.

On the morning of August 5th.
Preparing myself on the way to school.
"Alright breakfast is done all that's left is to turn off the gas and wash the dishes."
As soon i finished these tasks i headed off
"Well then guess I'll be off now"
Walking through the neighborhood there he saw a student from a far waving his hands towards the air while shouting
"Wooooooi Luuuuuuuccccaaaas! I'm over here! Wooooooi!"
Seeing this Lucas couldn't help but smile a bit.
"Yeah yeah i saw you already. No need to rush it."
"Still blunt as ever huh? Tch. Actin cool an all"
"I'm not acting cool at all. In fact I'm pretty far from cool, not like a certain someone here who's pretty much known throughout the school."
"Acting oblivious huh? If i had that looks of yours I'll be swarming with girls right now instead of hangin around with a dude."
"Yeah right almost everyone in school avoids me aside you guys, even if i said hello they would surely retract from me, do you know how being avoided feels like from your whole life.
Sigh... if only i was popular like you."
Drei seemingly looking a bit pissed started muttering
"I don't know why but it feels kinda like sarcasm coming out of you...tch."
"Sad to say it's a fact that I'm not really as famous as you are."
"Well whatever it's not like i can change that thinkin of yours, setting this and that aside Lucas..."
"Hm? What is it?"
"Have you... uhh... how do i say this..."
"If it's about the assignment i won't let you copy mine."
"Ehh but i didn't say anythin yet at all!"
"I pretty much knew you were gonna ask..."
"Oh come on now! Be a pal and help me out here!"
"Sure I'll help you out."
"Really?! Is that true?!?! Are you seriously agreeing?!?!"
"Yea I'll help you. Help you study that is."
"Geh... why do i feel like i knew you were gonna say that..."
"Well I'll leave that to you."
While talking nonchalantly before they knew they were already at school
"Hey drei good morning!"
"Ohh hey saya mornin to ya!"
"Oh hello good morning miss."
"Eh... uh y-yea g-g-good m-morning to you too L-Lucas"
After this the girl went running to her peers
She whispers
"H-he surprised me a-a-all of a s-sudden..."
"Nice job saya! M-maybe just maybe if we hang out with drei..."
From a far seeing this Lucas became a bit disappointed
"See i told you they avoid me... must be nice being you..."
"..."
"Whatever... let's head to class..."
Disappointed as he is they went to their respective room slowly opening the door
"Ah! Good morning Lucas and Drei"
Seeing this Lucas expression relaxed for a bit, he smiled
"Good morning Mayu I'm really relieved you became my friend."
After hearing such words Mayu couldn't help but blush after hearing such embarrassing line from him
"Lucas p-please refrain from s-saying such misunderstanding lines..."
She says this while being confused unable to think straight
"Eh...? But aren't we friends...?"
"Eh is that what y-y-you meant? I uhh mean uhh Yes! Of course we are! Right right Drei?!"
"Woi c-calm down Mayu!"
"W-well for now you two should get seated! C-class is about to stwart!"
"Uhh yea sure..."
"Mayu is it just me or did you... stutte-"
"IT'S JUST YOU DREI SO SIT DOWN!"
Everyone in class was shocked since this is actually the first time that the schools beloved lovely Mayu ever stuttered and shout.
"Eh?? I uhh... ugghhh just sit down Drei! You're annoying me now!!!"
Saying this Mayu was blushing from embarrassment and glared at Drei
"This is all your fault Drei!!!"
"Ehhh? What did i do???"
"Hmph!"
As she turns around the school bell alarmed and the teacher entered the class
"Alright everyone take your sit."
Lucas was happily staring out the window, he smiled brilliantly
[So this is pretty much my life now being like this...is already too much of a blessing for me now truly I'm happy.]
but then he suddenly frowned
[Still this isn't really the true purpose of life now is it...?]
he thought of such bitter words
[Is this really fine...? Can i really rely on them...?]
