Getting Ready for School

Mia's POV:

"Miss Mia!!!" Someone was shouting outside my room. So, I woke up and got up to open the door and when I opened it. I saw one of our maids, Sister Inday.

"Why are you shouting, Sister Inday? I'm still sleeping." I said with a sad tone in my voice.

"Sorry Miss Mia, your mom was asking you to go downstairs to eat breakfast." Sister Inday said.

"Okay Sister Inday, go ahead I am going downstairs, I will just wake up Kayla." I said to Inday and then I woke up Kayla.

"Bhess, let's eat. Get up there." I said to Kayla as I tickled her to wake up.

"Bhess! Yes, will go up, please don't tickle me anymore." Kayla said while laughing.

*Breakfast*

"Bhess, did you buy your things for the school on Monday?" Kayla asked.

"Not yet." I answered.

"Okay, let's buy later. Can we go later, Aunt?" Kayla asked my mother.

"Of course, Kayla." My Mom said.

"Okay later, 1:00 pm at the mall." I spoke.

"Okay, then we go to Starbucks after we buy school supplies." Kayla said excitedly.

"Okay, stop talking and eat quickly." Dad said.

"Okay." we answered together as we laughed at what Dad said.

"By the way, you two should be careful." Dad said. Then we nodded.

*After Breakfast*

"Bhess, I'm going home." Kayla said.

"Uhm... Kayla, won't you just go with me." Dad asked

"Oh! Thanks to you Uncle but my driver is waiting for me. So, uncle, I must go. Bye Aunt! Bhess, see you later." Kayla said.

"Okay." I shouted.

"Oh... Bye Honey, bye My Princess." my dad said.

Kayla's POV:

Hi! Guys, I am Kayla Montana, Mia's best friend, and our parents also have been business partners and our mother is also best friends. So, Mia has been with me since childhood until now. My Dad is also a businessman and I have older brothers. By the way, Mia and I will meet at 1 and it was about twelve and I am still not dressed up yet.

I am ready, I am leaving.

"Bye, Mom, I'll go ahead." I said to my mom.

"Okay, Baby. Take care." Mom said.

While on the road I texted Mia first.

*Mall*

In an hour I am here at the mall.

Mia's POV:

I have been here for so long why is not she here yet again? I gasped and I saw Kayla outside the coffee shop. I went to see her outside.

"Here you are Bhess, why are you still here?" I said to her and when he faced me-

"I-I just arrived." She said while her tears seemed to be dripping from his eyes.

"Oh… Why are you crying, Bhess?" I asked her while I'm worrying, I hugged her. I saw her ex with a girl, so I thought maybe they were the reason why she was crying.

"N-Nothing. Bhess, l-let's go." She spoke.

"Okay, let's go shopping for this school year." I said to Kayla loudly with fun and then I pulled Kayla to the National Books Store but in fact. I am not happy because of what's happening to her... Kayla's tears are not worth it for that man I mean the man was not worthy. We went to the bookstore and bought the supplies we need. After we went to the bookstore we got here to the Louis Vuitton.

"Bhess, Is this color, okay?" She asked as she held the colored maroon bag.

"Of course, Bhess this Black is it good for me?" I asked her.

"Bhess wow! That's beautiful Bhess, that's perfect for you." She spoke.

"Okay, I'll take it." I replied to Kayla we are at the cashier now. We are already paying for the bags. I choose this black backpack and Kayla choose the maroon side bag. I do not like side bags very much. After we went to the Louis Vuitton Shop. Kayla pulled me away without knowing where she would take me.

Kayla's POV:

After we paid the cashier, I pulled her over to the H&M store to buy some stuff for us.

"Hmm... Mia, you should buy this dress it looks like, it suits you." I said to her. Then I gave her a black and white dress, long black sleeves, and a gray slim fit long sleeve.

"Okay. Your fashion choice, Bhess." She said, and she took the clothes I gave her. And me, because I love the dress, I took a pink floral dress, peach slim fit long sleeve, and blue high waist pants. And I went to Mia.

"Bhess, are you done?" I asked her.

"Nope. I saw a black floral dress there." She spoke.

"Okay. I'll go to the cashier first. I'll just wait for you there." I spoke.

"Okay. I'll just take that dress and then I'll go to the cashier too." Mia replied. And then I went to the cashier.

"Ma'am, here it is." The girl in the cashier said, she gave me what I bought, and then I paid for it. Mia will pay for this because this is our last destination. Joke.

"Bhess. Let's go to Starbucks." Mia said

"Okay." I nodded. We walked to go to Starbucks. I saw Nathan again entering Starbucks as well. Later, Mia and I also entered. Mia went to the counter to order, and I find a seat for us.

"Bhess, let's just wait for the order." Mia said.

"O-okay." I answered.

"Bhess, what happen to you? " Mia asked.

"Nothing." I nodded to her and forced a smile to show her.

"Okay. Is it because of them?" Mia asked and her joyful face turn into a cold with murdering eyes.

"Nothing." I said to her.

"Bhess, I know you. Is it because of them?!" Mia said as she looks at me seriously in anger.

"Okay, fine. Your right, Bhess it hurts so much. How could I just ignore this feeling in my chest." I said and the tears I was holding back all this time had already fallen into my cheeks. They keep escaping from eyes although I wanted to lock them up.

"Okay, that's it. Okay, after this day moved on and don't think about what happened before. I'll handle this." Mia said to comfort me as she wiped every tear on my cheeks.

"Ma'am, this is your order." The waiter said and then he gave our order.

"Thank you!" Mia said.

"Kayla, your Frappe." Mia said, and then she handed my frappe to me.

"So, let's go home?" Mia asked.

"Okay." I spoke.

"Thank you Bhess, for comforting me." I said before we go home.
