93 Cleanse

Mo and Yao knew the sensation that Purple Ash's disappearance would spread, and they waited for it. The moment to remove all the spies at once. At first, they wanted to wait till Chaos' forces are strong enough, but when they got their memories and powers back, they knew they didn't need to hold back.

"You take the left side, and I will deal with the right!"

"Alright," Yao nodded.

After dividing the territories to clean, Mo and Yao left their room.

While the spies reported Purple Ash's disappearance and the prime opportunity to destroy the Dark Arts Sect, the unrelated spy members and real members of the Sect had no idea what was happening.

BOOM, Whoom!

An explosion and a shockwave came from the Sect Master's residence, surprising everyone in the Sect. A gigantic 20-meter golden dragon appeared in the skies of the Sect blocking the clouds.

RAWWWWW!

With the dragon growl that came out of Mo's giant form, all the spies who communicated with their organizations' devices stopped working. Everyone in the Sect looked at the dragon as gasps surrounded the Sect.

While the disciples were whispering, the dragon flapped his enormous wings and disappeared only to appear on the Sect's right side, completely blocking all signs of light.

As if they could feel the eyes of the dragon locking on them, the spies' face blanched, and they dropped their devices as hopelessness invaded them. They knew that the dragon would kill them.

Hesroth and the rest of Chaos also heard the dragon cry and left the building in a hurry. They saw the giant dragon and from the aura knew it was Mo. Since Mo and Yao didn't tell them their plan, they had no idea what was happening.

"AGHH," Nathan heard a scream from his left once they landed on the Sect's ground.

He looked and saw a beautiful woman pulling her hand out of a woman's heart with a smile. The woman felt the stare and looked back at Nathan before waving.

"Isn't that the Matriarch?" Nathan pointed at Yao, who left the corpse on the ground and jumped on some other people running away.

"Yes, yes, it's her," Hesroth answered, still unsure what was happening. "Should we help them?"

Nathan looked at Yao and then at the giant dragon holding other men and women with his claws, squeezing them to death as an ominous black fire came out of his snout, destroying the bodies.

"Nah, they got it in the bag," he waved his hand away while shaking his head.

Seeing nothing to do, Hesroth stepped forward as the disciples ran away with the spies. Having figured out what happened, Hesroth transformed his head into a black-headed snake and screamed, "all disciples of the Dark Arts Sect, here me out!"

The ones who knew Hesroth stopped moving and complied while the spies continued running away, the disciples discussed as they stared at Hesroth, expecting an answer.

"The dragon up there isss your new Patriarch," Hesroth increased his voice using Arch energy and pointed at Mo, "and the woman over there isssss your Matriarch," he faced at Yao, who was slaughtering spies.

"I am sssorry to ssay thisss but our Sssect wasss filthy!" Hesroth looked down before raising his head with bright eyes, "we had ssspiesss integrated into usss for generationssss. We couldn't operate or expand asss ssspiesss rose to posssitionsss of power, limiting the power of Sssect Massstersss!"

"But now, we have the Patriarch and Matriarch to guide uss. Dragonss of the puressst and raressst bloodlinesss," he pointed at the two murderers, "with them the Dark Artss Sssect died and reborn as Chaoss disscipless, from now on you are Chaosss dissscipless."

"Chaos! Chaos!" some disciples started cheering while others who still didn't understand what was happening got swept up in the cheering and joined.

Hesroth smiled as he saw the disciples accept the situation when suddenly Mo released another growl catching their attention.

Eight figures surrounded Mo flying around him in a circular formation. The five were wearing the robes of the Dark Arts Sect elders. They were the strongest spies and the mightiest people in the Dark Arts Sect.

"We have been too lax, Triston," a black-haired blue-skinned man said to the white-haired and bearded elder. The elder had small horns on his head that seemed cut.

The elder combed his tall beard with his hand while nodding, "that we have, Art." He replied.

"But, damn to think they were hiding a dragon and waiting to lure everyone out. Arthur became cunning without us knowing," a black-haired beady-eyed woman tsked.

"Let's finish this fast," Triston said before slashing with his sword.

Three identical slashes came out of Triston's direction and landed upon Mo, causing nothing to happen. The beady-eyed woman's head glowed for a second as a red lotus appeared on her forehead.

She closed her hands in a praying manner and muttered, "open," Red fire ignited around her as it took the same shape as the red lotus and flew towards Mo. When it landed on his scales, the woman smiled obnoxiously, but before she can celebrate, the fire dispelled, leaving no trace but the woman's open mouth as evidence of its existence.

Seeing how two of their attacks didn't damage Mo, the eight exchanged glances before nodding at each other. Multiple offensives left from the eight elders and attacked Mo to no avail.

But the more they attacked, the more helpless they felt seeing nothing happen to Mo. After half an hour of attacks and Mo not moving, the dragon opened his eyes and said with a voice mixed with a growl, "are you done playing now?"

Mo's words startled the elders, but they were smart and knew they couldn't win, so they should at least go report the situation back and bolted with their lives. Yet, before they can even move, a pressure descended upon them, locking them in place.

"Like I will let you leave," Mo sneered and puffed a breath of dark fire.

"AGh," before they can even fully scream, the elders turned into flakes that scattered in the air, leaving no trace of them.

After dealing with the elders, Mo refocused on the running spies and swiftly dealt with them. He looked in Yao's direction and saw her having fun playing with her prey.

Mo felt countless stares on him and focused on the familiar one. He shrank his body back to his human form and approached Hesroth while yawning with a tear at the corner of his eye.

Stretching his limbs, he looked at Hesroth, who was peering at him with fervent eyes, "this was a good work out, but these guys were weaker than I thought they would be." Mo said when he was close enough.

BANG!

Mo looked at the sound where something crashed and exploded and saw the remains of a spy Yao threw 'lightly,' Hesroth also looked at it and asked Mo who was looking at Yao with a relaxed smile, "should we help her?"

"No, let her have her fun."

"See, I told you," Nathan shamelessly said, also spectating Yao's massacre.

Mo noticed many people behind Hesroth and the others staring at him, and he turned to face the scared disciples. He sighed at the fearful look in their eyes since he didn't care.

"All of you," Mo addressed the petrified and shaking disciples, "take a good look at how your matriarch deals with enemies. You should never spare your enemies or pity them as that will bite you back later," he said with a severe tone.

Mo finally looked at the disciples with his crimson eyes, and the disciples shook in their place, feeling his aura. With a severe but lax countenance, he told them, "I am the Patriarch of Chaos, Mo Vrec."
