I was surrounded by hundreds of people ferrying the items around. There were scientists, warriors, policemen and even various types of halflings.

They had me surrounded and were staring daggers into me.

I chuckled and spoke with a carefree tone.

"I don't suppose we could negotiate now could we?"

The response was the increase in the tangible tension-ridden atmosphere and stronger grips.

"Guess not."

I shrugged and sprinted to one of the closest policemen. I still had my makeshift water sword, which was really shabby, so I swung.

The head went flying.

The shock of me moving wasn't that big but when the head went flying the shock set in for some of them. People froze for a split-second. Well, a split second for them. With the estimate I had about my speed, a second for them was around 5.3 for me with my reaction-time ratio.

I charged to a person who was still and cut off their head before jumping towards another. The stronger ones got over the shock after the fourth head went flying and roared at me. That got most of them out of their daze.

Their coordinated attacks were terrible. Spots I could escape from in each one.

'And so, the only problem I have right now is that I am getting tired. Fast.'

My VIT is better than most, but that's in the case that I don't have extremely fast speed.

'Fuck, this is annoying.'

I had to dodge another attack. Since a minute or two ago I had to start dodging since my STR and VIT are too pitiful for me to keep killing things.

I began running ideas and plans through my head.

'I could use Circumstantial points on an item in the store but that'd be a waste. I need that.'

One of them charged at me. I could tell he was powerful. His sword was aimed at my neck. The moment he did that, I knew. I wouldn't survive running, nor did I have enough strength to kill him.

A thread appeared in my vision.

It seemed to be made of water.

A glance told me there was one attached to each of my limbs.

I might've followed them if I wasn't at the height of my awareness.

My instincts screamed to cut them.

I realised that those were made from someone's water magic.

And bloody hell was it sneaky.

I followed the strings half the way and could see the grin forming on the charging man's face.

Then, I stopped and pulled.

Not with my STR, but with my magic.

I didn't expect much other than someone stumbling. But the strings propelled the person over. The charging man's sneer twisted to shock as the person was thrown into them and them into the crowd.

The difference was the charging man was without a head.

I clicked my tongue and sighed.

"Huu, how could I be so stupid to forget my magic. Oh well, no changing that. Now then."

I stared at the rest and smiled.

Then I remembered they couldn't see my face.

"Tsk. Oh well, time to commit Genocide."

Well, Genocide would normally have some degree of fighting back but what happened was just slaughter.

Whips and Snakes made of water wreaked havoc on them. The death count was rising every half second.

And that brings me to Janice's explanation.

I stared at them but before I could get close they collapsed, breathing heavily.

As the water snake was a millimeter away from her, I stopped it.
