13 The wedding day

Next day is her wedding day.At night all her friends came and everyone tried to lighten her mood.She too tried to forget everything and enjoy the most important day of her life.But forgetting someone is not easy.At morning everyone was busy including her.She had follow so many customs.At evening the groom arrived and the marriage took place within two hours.After wedding she and Aurthur bade farewell to everyone and started her married life.Aurtur's home was 2 hours distance.They arrived at morning.Next day was very busy day for her as Aurtur's relatives came to meet the bride.At night her sister-in-law show Zola her room and left.That night was her wedding night.She was getting nervous.After some waiting Aurthur entered the room.Zola gave him a glass of milk and sat.Aurthur ask her to feel easy.Zola decided to tell him everything about her past at her wedding night.So she told him everything about Neil.Aurthur could feel the pain.He hugged her and said,"Zola ,I know you can not forget your love so easily.But please try to love me too.I'll try to help you to forget him".

After that night both of them tried their best to please each other.Neil never insulted her for her past life.Aurthur accepted her as she is.She is not beautiful.But he never told her about it .The neighbours and relatives didn't like her.They hoped tp see a bride who is beautiful and brings lots of dowry.But Zola was neither beautiful nor brought anything with her from her parent's home.So everyone including her mother -in -law and sister -in laws.She has five sister -in- laws.Aurthur asked his mother and sisters not to tell anything to Zola about their dissatisfaction.But Aurthur did not know that his family members would not going to make Zola's life that easy.From first day of her married life had started as a disaster.Zola was very timid person.She couldn't speak anything against them to her husband.She tried to make a peaceful situation in her in laws.She only could feel that her luck is not good to live peacefully.

Next day of their wedding night she had to do all household chores.She was not expert in cooking or other works as her parents only told her to study.Her father used to say that she would learn every work when it would be necessary.Zola tried her best to impress her in -laws.But they always tried to find her faults and scold her.Aurthur helped her in her works as we his capacity.But they were not satisfied.
