5 The temple incident

Druv's POV

Oh God!! I hope she isn't hurt.. She was running towards her room.. and closed the door from inside... I waited for her outside.. I don't know what will happen. I even promised the queen to bring her on time.. I lost my patience and I wanted to break that door.. when the door slowly opened..Avantika came out from her room ... At once I felt like all the things around was paused and she was walking towards me slowly... I couldn't take my eyes away from her... Her large beautiful eyes... her flawless rosy skin.... her soft silky hair which was left free... her pink and shiny lips... her smooth hands... STOP!! Druv!! You need to hurry.... I tried to come back to this world.. But she came and smiled at me so sweety that I once again started staring at her... "Druv, we need to go"... she said... "yes,,, lets go".. I took her and went to the temple..

Ratnavati's POV

Everyone gathered in the temple for the pooja... except my daughter and Druv... I started worrying about them... Rajmaatha( king's mother) was even sitting in her place.. " Where is my granddaughter??" She asked... I didn't know what to tell... As I was about to open my mouth... A soft, humble voice was heard " I am here Rajmaatha".. It was my daughter.. I looked at her and sighed with relief.. I went to her.." Where were you?? Did you know how worried I was?" I asked.. She made an innocent face " Mother, I went in search of mango tree which Druv told me about few days back.. It had delicious fruits.. But while coming I lost my way.. There were few children who were playing some violent games with stones.. I was scared and Druv took me from there".. Druv nodded.. " Ohh my sweet daughter.. How delicate and timid you are.." I kissed her forehead and told them to sit down..

Druv's POV

Queen left us alone and I started laughting " You?? And Scared??" Avantika smiled .. " Few minutes ago.. You were fighting with me as to kill me and now you are saying you are scared of stones??"..I started mocking her.. She closed my mouth with her hand.. " SHHH Druv... what if someone heard you... Druv, You know right?? I never wanted to lie to my parents.. but I don't know why they don't want me to learn any martial arts.. They just want me to stay in the palace.. doing all girly stuffs that I don't like to do..".. She said.." I understand.." I nodded..

After sometime, Pooja came to an end and we prayed Maa laxmi and headed out of temple.... As we were out of the temple.. Avantika and Queen were coming behind us.... But to my terror...A flying arrow came towards... Avantika.. and about to hit her....

Suddenly.. blood spilled out all over the ground!!
