Birth of an Ascended Universe Part 1

With the supply of all of the original force and laws of the entire Astral plane the newly born will was extremely powerful, even almost having the full strength of a rank 9 Magus whitin the Astral Plane.

"Yes you will serve as my foundation to pursue true Eternity!" Leylin thought before he released the will from the effect of the halted time he imposed on the Astral plane then immediately an illusionary form appeared in front of Leylin's gigantic Nine-Headed Hydra form that was even larger than the size of the previous Magus World.

The Illusionary body that formed immediately exuded a sense of submission to Leylin and spoke using the law language "Master do you have any orders?"

"Begin world formation, establish ascendency channels and begin relocating all creatures above rank 3 to the main world," Leylin said indifferently and directly passed all of his plans to the universal will and with the improved speed of thought that his new state of existence allowed it didn't take even a single unit of time.

The universal will didn't waste any time and suddenly from within the chaos that constituted the new world at the center of the Astral plane the ground and the sky immerged. The ground was incomparably huge easily more than four times the size of the previous Magus World and it was then divided into four continents constituting the four cardinal directions.

Then just outside the newly formed main world above the newly formed continents a singularity formed and from it emerged a sun easily the size of a large world such as the Shadow World. #

However, this process was just beginning as in all worlds in the Astral plane the very laws themselves trembled as the sun star exploded, and from the newly formed central sun above the main world, the solar energy was transferred to every world large and small not only forming projections of the sun star in all of them but also creating a glowing gate above every world.

This gate would allow any creature above rank 3 to traverse the astral plane and arrive at the newly formed main world.

Of course, Leylin took inspiration to create this from the way the World of Gods was configured, and as this would be not only the optimal strategy to save as much origin force as possible it would also protect creatures from the damage higher-ranked Magi could inflict and allow them to grow and prosper.

This was how Leylin decided to configure the Astral plane and this would be his foundation to greater heights as even other beings that transcended their universe would be hard-pressed to even enter the Astral plane now with the constant monitoring of the universal will and the suppression that the different universal laws would impose on them.

"With this my safety is guaranteed as long as my true body remains in the Astral plane. The entire Astral plane shall act as my divine kingdom!" Leylin's voice resounded in the minds of every living being in the Astral plane as time once again continued to flow.
