31 The X-Men

"Really? You're going to break into my car and make demands?" Zeta may have been slightly annoyed. He wanted the X-Men to come to him, not being forced to go with them.

"Pull over." The blades pressed up against Zeta's throat.

As much as he wanted to summon his laspistol and return the threatening gesture, Logan isn't the most forgiving person, if he is threatened, he'd definitely just kill Zeta.

With a heavy sigh, Zeta drove for a bit longer before pulling over, trying to ignore the sharp objects pointing at his throat. If M'Shen was here, it wouldn't be a problem, however, she wasn't, so this was a problem.

Zeta exited the car and waited for the rest of the crew with Logan. After only a minute, they appeared and approached the duo.

"Logan! Take the blades off the boys throat!" Ororo shouted as she approached. The Wolverine's methods weren't the greatest for recruiting.

"He's a threat." He replied.

"And so are you!" She retorted. Logan retracted his blades.

"Shall we enter the café and speak over a cup of coffee?" Zeta proposed. The group looked at each other and nodded.

After 5 mins, Zeta and the X-Men crew were sitting in the café, Zeta was drinking a latte with a smile on his face. The rest simply watched instead of buying a beverage for themselves. Logan, Ororo, Jean and Scott occupied the same bench as Zeta, while the rest divided into two groups and sat at other benches.

"Explain yourself." Scott broke the silence.

"Why should I? It's not like killing or injuring me is an option for you in such a public setting. Your academy for gifted youngsters would surely crash and burn." Zeta taunted.

"Excuse me?" Scott stood up in offense.

"Sit down." Ororo already regretted going out with these children, having to supervise them was annoying. "Jean, how do you know him?" She asked.

"Uh, I met him half a week ago. It was pretty brief, I just heard him sing a song in his head and leave." She explained.

"Singing a song?" Ororo questioned.

"Yeah, I didn't have mental protection at that point, I had to try something else." Zeta chuckled at himself. Obviously finding what he did pretty funny.

"And how did you know she was a telepath?" Ororo questioned.

"I'm an alien." Zeta admitted.

"That explains nothing." Storm replied.

"If you don't know what my species is, how can you understand my methods?" He cryptically spoke. His objective was to dampen her motivation regarding trying to find out his methods.

"Humans and mutants aren't that stupid!" Scott argued.

"You are living proof that they are." Zeta smiled.

"...and what is a young alien doing on Earth? Unsupervised?" Ororo asked, ignoring Scott.

"All the alien species in our galaxy clashed at once, destroying everything, except me." Zeta explained. There's no way to disprove his claims. It takes millions of years from one galaxy's light to go to another, Earthlings wouldn't be able to witness the 'destruction' of his galaxy.

"How did you survive? Why should I believe you?" Ororo asked.

"I survived by the will of the gods that inhabited my galaxy. And I don't need you to believe me, I just need you all to fuck off." Zeta spoke with a smile.

"This bastard." Scott was ready to fight, he was a hot-headed one.

The second that Scott stood up, two things happened simultaneously; firstly, Zeta summoned a laspistol and aimed it at his skull, the second was that Logan revealed his claws, pointed at Zeta nd standing in front of the laspistol, ready to take the blow for Scott.

"I'm not an enemy the X-Men wants. Especially when you have to deal with Brotherhood of Mutants." Zeta spoke.

"...Jean, Scott, join the others. You and Logan, put your weapons down." Ororo was beginning to show some small signs of lightning that danced around her body.

Logan and Zeta shared a stare and put their weapons down while Jean and Scott left the three of them.

"I would like to schedule a meeting, between out leader and yourself." Ororo told him.

"And why should I show up?" Zeta finished off his beverage, calling over a waitress and asking for another.

"We can accommodate you. You obviously have powers, and we can help in training it. And if you truly are an alien, we can help in adjusting you to society." She proposed.

"Well, now I know why you're not the leader, you suck at making proposals..." Zeta spoke while looking at the ceiling, thinking to himself. "...but I'll show up. Tell him to meet me here tomorrow." Zeta paid his bill and picked up his latte, ready to leave.

"Why should he have to meet you?" Scott shouted from the other table, gathering the attention of everyone in the store. It was truly puzzling to see how difficult it was for Scott to simply stay in his own business.

"I don't mind if he doesn't come, I'm not really affected by it." Zeta responded and left the café, leaving the X-Men behind.

"What a pain in the ass." Logan spoke up.

"He's far too carefree." Ororo observed.

"Are we really recruiting him?" Scott whined.

"It depends if Professor X deems it necessary." Ororo responded.

After his meeting with the X-Men, Zeta made his way home. He had only really planned to interact with Gwen, not a completely new super-powered force in this world.

'Come to think of it, could the X-Men beat Thanos? He seems pretty weak to mind control...' Zeta thought to himself. Thinking about such things would prove beneficial in the future, he needed all the advantages possible to kill Thanos when the time came.

'Speaking of which...' Zeta dialed up M'Shen.

"Yes, Master?" She picked up the phone instantly.

"I need information on Loki's staff. Hydra is most likely to have it." He spoke. He didn't know the specifics on when it moved around in the timeline. All he knows, is that Ultron doesn't have it yet, and won't have it until the Avengers take it from Hydra in Age of Ultron.

(A.N. Correct me if I'm wrong, it's been a while since I've watched these movies.)

"Understood." M'Shen accepted the order without question.

There were a couple of other places he had to visit during his free time. After he upgraded his new spaceship, he'd trade with Peter Quill for the Power Stone, and while he's at it, probably steal his future girlfriend.

Is it NTR if Quill is supposed to date Gamora in the future?

Of course not.

'Hmmm, how would I be able to get the soul stone? I want Gamora, but I also want the soul stone... I'll have to start thinking of alternatives.' Zeta thought to himself as he walked through the front door of his house.

Instantly, a small shadow came pouncing onto him. Nezuko lunged into a hug, which Zeta had to catch. He noticed that Nezuko was much smaller than when he left.

Felicia rounded the corner as well.

"Did you cut a couple inches off?" Zeta joked.

"I have no clue how she's able to change her height, but it doesn't seem to faze you." Felicia responded.

"The Yazuka spoke of her as if she was an ultimate weapon they could develop, it'd be weirder if she didn't have some supernatural capabilities." He answered.

Zeta spent the rest of his night spending time with his new family. Nezuko sat on his lap while watching a kids show on the T.V. and Felicia used his shoulder as a pillow.

It really wasn't something he expected to enjoy. He usually only derived joy from using and killing people, as well as having sex with beautiful women. However, he wasn't really doing anything, and still enjoyed himself by spending time with these two girls.

It was something that he pondered on for a while.

Eventually, Nezuko fell asleep while watching the cartoons. Seeing this, Felicia and Zeta nodded at each other, Zeta scooped her up and waddled over to her room. He set her down on the pillow and covered her with the blanket.

Usually, that would be the end of the night, however, the second he returned to his room, he found Felicia, completely naked and lying down with her face in the pillow. The blanket had purposely been kicked to the side, so Zeta would be able to see every inch of her body as she 'tried to sleep'.

The walls shook that night. For the first half, it was because of Felicia's moans, and the second half it was because M'Shen had returned to report.

Both of them found it somewhat difficult to walk the day afterwards.
