With his enhanced vision and processing power plus unbreakable concentration, Drake is able to read the entire archive in 300 years. He is able to learn many things about the place around him, the history up to the 6th Millenium, books about technology, philosophy, governments, culture, etc.
In those times many things have changed. Firstly, his height is only 6 feet which is slightly above the average of a normal human but not even close to that of a space marine not even mind that of a Primarch in terms of height. However, he is easily more powerful than any of the other Primarchs that are described in the books.
Firstly, Drake is way faster than any the Primarchs by a long shot especially with training and the augmentation that he did. His top speed is about 300 billion m/s or a 3000 the speed of light. Drake can also lift 100 Octillion tons. For some reason, his psychic abilities are independent and potentially very powerful. It seems like to be its own kind of power actually. For being in a separate universe that the warp is not attached to makes this very strange and out of the rule for psykers. This also means he has different abilities as well.
Some of his abilities are:

- Dragon Ball Z attacks
- Aura Manipulation
- Time Manipulation
-Reality Manipulation
-Instantaneous Item Creation
- Structure manipulation
- Atomic manipulation

-Etc.
While nearly instantly reading the sources that he is provided with to learn these techniques and power and demonstrating it he also practices more in building things for an interstellar nation. Such as engineering of all kinds, learning new skills and creating new things obviously. Fixing the entire pocket universe in 200 years while building new infrastructure. Luckily 200 years in this universe is 200 hours in the realspace. Some of the things are built on the principals of being as OP as possible like having Saiyan, Frost Demons, Namekian, etc. While training Drakes creates a section in the universe that is cut off from the original so that it can withstand the attacks of Drake so that if the off chance the universe breaks everything doesn't get sucked in and disappear. For example:
In an open field, Drake opens the tablet to check the technique he going to do. The technique is called KI quake which supposes to create a big shockwave from the cracks of reality and energy imploding and sents a shockwave. Drake swings his right arm and does the technique. Instead of the big shockwave. What happens is that reality breaks like glass and goes for a very long distance and creates an empty void in the universe.
Drake sighed, "Well that didn't go well I have to rebuild everything again".
Drake makes his own stuff from his energy and can do many things with it. It goes beyond making just simple items like clothes. For example, he can make reality marbles, create pocket universes, extra dimensions, hax items, and entire beings.
In the meantime, he caught up playing games and reading and watching his favorite anime and manga plus some light novels. And for the first time, he going to build a waifu.
