1 War wound introduction

Miles Moore was a ex general in the u.s army until he one the he gained mystery abilities. One day a the base Miles got a splitting headache the cause him to scream and drop to the ground in pain. His eyes begin to glow bright red. He closed his eyes and when he opened them he was 5 miles from the base. Miles was scared but his captain assured him everything was going to be ok. He told him he must have gotten exposed to some unknown chemicals or something and they was going to need to run some test. But the true is the government already knew about people suddenly gaining abilities and they going to dissect him and try to find away to make their own powers. Miles found out about it but wasn't able to use his teleport ability. They transported Miles to a secret research lab and scraped him to a table in a gas chamber and when they turned it but right before he faded his eyes glowed red again. But this time Miles blasted red beams from his eyes destroying the gas machines and cutting through the walls and doors. Miles could feel his strength growing he broke free from the restraints busted through what was left of the door. The guards already had their guns drawn. They opened fire but Miles teleported behind them and cut all of them in half. He was enraged. He couldn't believe that all he did for this country that they would just kill him like that. He teleported all around the research base destroying the entire building. Standing watching the building burn to the ground Miles had tears in his eyes. So many emotions going through his head like angry sadness. He teleported for hours before he passed out waking up the next day hoping this was all a dream but it wasn't. He could see all the dead bodies in his head. But that feelings of regret and sorrow quickly went away as he realized they were all about to kill him. After that Miles moved from place to place hiding from the government and learning to control his powers. He finally settled down in Great Falls city where he his become a vigilant known as War Wound.
