Its 2184 in the united systems colonial alliance and New Terra is one of the many planets involved with government and politics and the first of the many new hub worlds connected to Earth and Gateway station through a key hyperspace route, Hyperspace gate technology a new innovation made possible by the young mind of Dr. Alexander Matthews at the shocking age of sixteen. This achievement and many more in robotics, weapons & defense, genetic engineering to medicines an mechanics. Now makes it feasible to go further then ever before just build a gate in any need system and it to can be connected to the hyperspace network an be just a few hours away Weyland-Yutani building better worlds. Work is still on going to complete the hyperspace network and it looks like many frontier worlds may need to wait....

Alex was brought form his thoughts by the beeping of his vidcom Alex stands stretching his back hearing it pop walking over to the terminal he hits the accept key the screen flickered on he blinks to adjust his eyes a smile works its way onto his face. Hey Tequila sis how have the colonial marines been treating you he said with a smug grin. Tequila Blushes then frowns that is Teresa to you brother only my fellow jar heads can me that she crows. Alex "laughs" aw can't I have any fun sis you know we don't get to talk that much with you on deployment he says. Tequila puffs up and says no sir it's the rules she huffs then makes a some what fearful face.
Alex knew that look and "sighed" what did i do now I.... I don't like you working for them she interrupted you digging around to find out what what happened to your mother is to dangerous if they find out they will kill you she harshly whispered. Alex "sighed" look sis i know what i am doing i have been doing it for the past four year and with my gifts i have the advantage so there is nothing to worry about Teresa he said Tequila got red in the face this is not a game brother your just an egghead and just because you where born with psionic abilities does not mean you are a superhero you can still only lift five hundred pounds with your telekinesis any more an you start to bleed out your eyes and nose you can only talk too three people at the same time with your telepathy an the last time you pushed to hard you almost ended up in a coma she said angrily.

Her eye looked like streaming ribbons of light she blinked an stated prototype WP-879 outdoor dual mounted minigun sentry turret equipped with thermal sensor close proximity sensor an motion and iff tracking and newly added close combat option top mounted plasma flamethrower with new alloy chassis for high damage and thermal resistance packaged boxed and ready for transit, and the other Alex asked she blink then continued prototype CA-779 full marine combat body armor equipped with a built in thermal & night or ultraviolet vision mode in the helmet with detailed scanner & new multi-layered composite alloy armor and a enhanced strength exoskeleton shell (looks like Buck's armor from halo Guardians) note from inventor - THIS SUIT IS NOT INDESTRUCTIBLE DON'T BE AN IDIOT- it to is boxed and ready for transit she answered.

But soon realized that this most be a robotic body double even going so far as to have a perfect personality copy but he kept his emotions from his face and continued still it is a shame that the real Weyland is so busy that he most send a synthetic body double to this meeting he remarked.
Matthews!! said the office management man what are you talking about do not disrespect the director he shouted quite obviously brown nosing but is shocked into silence. When Mr. Weyland erupts into laughter you truly are a robotics expert he said what gave me way he asked. Alex responded with well you do not work in a field of study without learning a few things you almost got by me but I caught it in the end there is a slight signal interference which causes a small facial servo twitch Alex half lied the twitch was there but that is not what gave him away.

The artifact looks like a some what technologically sophisticated gauntlet with what Alex can only assume was two blades at one point though it seems one was broken off at some indeterminable point in time an some kind of device on the top of the unit Alex hums then says anything else. Weyland says not as apparent as what you see in this artifact but from what scans we can gather of the temple as we have come to call it there is an ever-present power source and it is off the scale clearly larger then anything we use today.

As Weyland turned he hit the terminate key on the terminal causing the holograms to flicker off and lights to turn back on now now gentlemen what is this all about he asked. Burke replies oh he just gets hot under the collar when defending his over glorified high priced sex toy was his insulting remark.
Alex gets red in the face and says with fire in his eyes do not insult one of my greatest works of art in the field of robotics her power core alone is one of my most secret prototypes. It has enough power to last at the most minimum of settings for 237 years an then you take into account her prototype processor which has enough strength to run an entire colonial settlements local network and still be able to help me in the lab with experiments do not insult her again you shrimp dick an say that again and i will rip out your heart Alex responded with volcanic fury.
Burke bristled at that but said the schematics i saw do not say anything about her prototype power core or her mental speed but they do mention that she has pleasure capabilities he fires back in a challenging tone. Of course they don't you fool there new experimental functions and for the other that is a personal experiment I am hoping she will develop a true sentient intelligence and for the aforementioned systems they are needed to facilitate that out come in other words that your peanut size brain can understand it, it is so she can feel the five senses and a sixth if you count the diving of her mind into any local network but also emotions Alex defended.
Burke looked shocked but Weyland decided to intervene and spoke in a calculating and tone may i ask way Dr. Alexander such cutting edge technology is not in all of the company's android designs even in despite of her lack of combat ability from what you say she is with out a doubt the foremost advanced android in cyber warfare and information control to date he said with a pointed look.
Alex responded with stoic grace, of course Mr. Weyland when i first joined Weyland-Yutani four years ago the initial contract given to me as a sort of test was to in some why improve your robotics division an as you know i gave you and the galaxy the second series of robotics they are and still are the best i can give at this time and you well know with my fee i was allowed to use your facilities to make my own personal android.

Alex was waiting for the foreman to get here he was sitting on his nice couch that he had moved into his living/meeting room yesterday, this is a nice size table so it has plenty of room for paper work he spoke to himself as he slowly drank his coffee looking over the many changes that he wanted to his facilities.
There was knock at his door, enter Alex spoke aloud the door slides open and in walks the foreman, sorry I'm a little late some of my men where getting into a real mess at the local bar, no worries my good man your right on time and it gave me sometime to enjoy my coffee Alex said. Oh man do you mind if I he said pointing to the maker, no not at all go right ahead there's more where that came from Alex said as he lifted his coffee mug.
A perk of having Weyland-Yutani eating out of my hand on a daily basis, the man laughed yeah i can see how that would give you an edge he said as he poured himself a cup. So I'm told you got some work for me, so what do you need chief an the names Tiberius but folks in the colony call me Tie he said than he took a nice and long sip from his mug. Now that is a good cup a Joe Tie shouted out already feeling better then he was for the last three day, they haven't sent us any coffee in the last three supply drops makes people kinda cranky.

No there is one more thing you know that long corridor connecting this section to the main facility I want that upgraded too and with five blast door checkpoints between here and there so if i press a button here the whole thing will lock down and I don't wont any vents connecting the two so close them and fill them up with with liquid metal I want them permanently sealed Alex spoke seriously. And beside that i want gas dispensers on the ceiling running the length of the hall same with the walls all connected to a central air tank where i my add any gas agent necessary. So with this and other changes I'm having you do already i can turn this entire section into a large almost impenetrable panic room with its own air, water and power supply as you can see I'm not a very trusting person.
No i would not say that you just like having options said Tie besides I have seen people who where not trusting as you put it and they couldn't even leave there homes because of fear no you just like being safe while in the snake pit as they say, seeing as you are being used by Weyland just as much as you are using them but they be a venomous sort just as likely to bite you as to kiss you Tie said giving a knowing smile.

He walks in to the lab from his quarters to see Katya he moves over to her who was working at a computer terminal what are you working on he asked. She looks at him oh Sir I'm just updating the rest of our systems the data mainframe is clean and once again a stand alone system.
you would have to be in the mainframe core room itself to take data from it without the codes, if you do have a secure code then any terminal will do but only you and I have the codes that will let someone download the data, the other codes only let you view the data and only Weyland has one right now and he can view our data at any time from his personal tablet but he can only see what we want him to.
There is Omega clearance which will give full access to the data and to download it if you so wish, then there is Alpha clearance which only lets you view the data at any time but only the data under Alpha any data or plans put under Omega can not be seen by anyone but you or I sir.
And I have located the wireless receiver that the coped plans or data where to be sent to and dismantled it but it to was made from black market parts as well so no luck in finding the one who wanted to spy on you she said professionally but with a sad under tone.

Alex was looking over his facilities and smiled its a thing of beauty is it not I love what you did with the place Tie, are you kidding me we just built it to your crazy ass specs not like I add my own special touch the only thing I add was the EMP shielding you seem so set on turning this place in to a damn fortress so I said why not go all the way he spoke giving a chuckling laugh at the end.
Alex blind owlishly I did not know I forgot them he said with embarrassment giving a blush, "laugh" its ok doc everyone makes mistakes every now and again spoke Tiberius as he howled with laughter making Alex's embarrassment even worse. 𝐀𝐥𝐞𝐱𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫... a large square door like panel slide into the sides of the floor and as Alex backed away a medium size reactor housing raised up to about his chest level in height this is better then I had hoped you did follow my plans to the smallest of details correct.
Of course I may not know what you use to power this thing with but I know a power reactor when I see one but the small size did give me and some of my boys a headache or too trying to figure it out, not to mention that there's no radiation shielding I don't think you are trying to make yourself glow so we gave up trying too many headaches to count and like the plans said it connected to just your facilities and not the main complex so where good there.

Ok Alex picks up 2 and hands them to Tie just hold them as he grabbed one more then started to walk with Tie right behind him, ok Alex said as he kneeled an press the release command key on the side of the housing the top opened into two pieces then slide to the side in a waiting position to show three diamond shaped sockets Alex fixed the first one into place then the other two as well then "breathed" ok hard part over he says as he presses the green button on all three cells.
The cell start to glow a bright deep purple and a steady hum fills the air Alex bends over and hits the seal command key causing the top to close back up and for the whole reactor to lower down and be hidden again and that my good friend is what I power it with Alex said chuckling at Tie's gob-smacked face there's no radiation he asked nope was Alex 's response it is a purely clean energy source its not limitless but just one of these small ones can run the colony at just minimal power use for about 3 years but if used more then in excess of what is minimally needed I can only guarantee it for about 7 or 8 months that is my best guess to, the three here will in the case of emergency to run my facilities and all of my equipment and with using the three of them I do believe that I can stay running for at least a decade Alex said with hope.
I'm also hoping to make a safe version for the public to use and although they are safe there's still a danger to there use if a cell where to go into a meltdown it would be bad very bad he spoke with a serious tone. Tie shock his head to much fancy science for me but thanks for the nightmares now i best be on my way I got things to do and the other things you wanted are up and running as per spec, see you at the bar doc and try to take care of the place she brand new i don't want to here you went and blown it up you hear. Just as Alex was going to look over some data regarding one of the artifacts that was found there was a lot noise out in the corridor he walked out to see, please move aside we are tasked with securing this corridor said one of a company of 9 combat androids, 4 with flamethrowers and the rest with pulse rifles to the three human guards that he ordered to well guard the entrance to his facilities,
good your here you 8 will guard this long hallway and you as pointed to the last one will shut down till needed he said, the droids say yes sir in unison as one dropped to the floor right where he stood Alex slapped his face Johns Parker pick up the stupid tin can and take it into the factory so it will at lest be out of the way they got here late i need to make a call, the two former soldiers sighed but pick up the tin can and drag it back into the labs then the factory.
Alex walked over to his lab vidcom and dialed a colony extension the call went through after about five minutes, yes this Katya the colonial administrator how may i help you she said before looking at the screen oh Sir how are you she says while blushing. Just fine but I am in need of your help can you drop by the labs he asked, I may be able to in a few hours Sir but if its really important i can come now she said hoping for an escape from the paperwork. No its not that bad just come by when you can Alex said, very well Sir she said with a slight crack in her smile at not getting her way.

Katya was finally able to get away from her forced work as administrator an as she enter the lab to see Alex studying the arm bracer that they first saw in the meeting 8 months ago she coughs into her hand and says Sir you needed me for something, Alex looks up from his work ah Katya yes I'm sure you saw them as you came through the main complex. You mean the combat androids sir she asked, yes i had requested them and there is one more in the factory i need you to interface with them and rewrite there protocols 1 they will only take orders from me you or the three guards that now work for me 2 no one other but me or you will be able to see there recorded visual records or audio records and 3 I want the normal security programs added to their systems can you do that for me he asked. Of course Sir but some thing like this you would be able to do in your sleep why wait she asked with a confused look. I am behind on a lot of my work my dear and a little time saver would help immensely so think you can help little old me out miss big bad administrator lady Alex said in a teasing tone she just huffed not if you keep blowing smoke she said as she move to get started.

Alex shouted as he storm back to the flatbed truck with the crane arm that he got from the colony an start going over some equipment and sensors and move them in to place about 20 minutes later. We got it setup boss said the ever stoic Johns, ok give me a minute Alex said standing back up from his seat as he got up stretching his back and arms, ok boys and miss let get this show on the read.
As he made his way over taking his seat with him.To the computer terminal used for these tests ok beginning systems diagnostic he said as he type across the terminal you can relax while I run this systems check he spoke. Parker and John nod and move away, Parker sits in a chair and kicks back deciding to takes a nap and johns heads out to look around a little ways into the jungle with Emiko staying with Alex trying to help where she can which impresses him some.
Thirty minutes later and Johns has already come back but Parker is still snoring wake the idiot will you Alex asks Johns he nod an walks over and kick the chair out from under him making fall and sputter what where who what happened, the boss is ready dumb ass get it in gear was what he got looking up to see johns he shock his head then flipped him off then stood back up and righting the chair,
but as he was walking by johns slapped him across the back of the head you do that again and i will shove a live grenade down your pants jackass was his only response as they walk back over to Alex. You don't look so good Parker ever thing ok Alex asked, yeah just peachy Parker said, ok this is the WP-879 outdoor dual mounted minigun sentry turret and its following equipment lets give it a go you two load up the ammo boxes on both sides and back away to the safety line so we can test the guns and don't for get the Tri-tank canister so we can test the plasma flamethrower as well,
ok ok ok boss we'll load it up gee just give us a minute said Parker as they finish loading the main guns now for the canister said Parker. Walking back to the designated safety line all good to go boss said Parker, ok we need that tin can so get the combat android off the back of the truck he said testing the gun motors as they started to spin. Ok be back in a second said Parker as he ran off to the truck and climbed onto the back, ok you tin can wake up said Parker as he use his voice command to turn the droid on, It activated and got up your orders sir go over to the boss man ok the android nod and started moving to Alex's position Parker nodded to himself before heading back too.

Ok starting test firing in 5..4..3..2..1 as the turret's dual guns span faster then rapid gun fire followed the test target the titanium, carbon, steel composite armor plate used in colonial marines armor and ships and it stood no chance as the heavy anti-armor rounds just cut it to pieces then fall silent. Hum Alex hits the standby key then walks to the plate this did better then i had hoped I will definitely need to upgrade the armor plating to our colonial marine forces not to mention our ship designs my new alloy should help with that Alex said to himself.
Ok on to the next test Alex says as he walks over to the combat android and said name, my serial number is R2..., not a number spoke Alex a name droid, does not compute stated the tin can, ok Alex said as he walked over to the table and grabbed a black marker you will be known as the droid Bob that is your designation ok,
your are going to help with our test today right Bob he said as he wrote Bob in big black magic marker on the androids head. Yes sir, good now i need you to go and stand in front of that sentry turret ok i need to test the close combat sensor, very well sir and started to head over to stand right in front of the turret, ok when i tell you i what you to hit the front of the turret just once ok. "laughter" Parker was on the ground just laughing at this, Alex shock his head at that but gave a small smile as well, we are ending standby he spoke as he hit the key and it read all systems ready ok Bob i want you to hit the front now.....
