War Brewing In Academy City

Rei Itsuki is an upperclassman in Academy City, an entire city devoted to a magical academy. The school sends teams out on missions to protect Academy City and Rei gets placed in a partnership with his worst enemy. When war threatens Academy City, they must find a way to work together.
