Impending Storm

While eating her lunch, Feng Xiaoxi received a message from Ren Rouan.

Ren Rouan: I'm waiting at the same place

Feng Xiaoxi glanced at the direction Mo Weimei has gone to and take a sticky pad from her bag. She left a note saying "I'll be going first. Finish your lunch". She controls her electric wheelchair and headed towards the field near the back gate.

She met Ren Rouan under the tree, and they jumped into his car and went on their way to the laboratory.

When Mo Weimei returned to their table, she noticed that Feng Xiaoxi is already gone. She picked up the note on the top of the table. She read the note Feng Xiaoxi wrote and put it down. She looked around the cafeteria, hoping that she's not too late and catch up to Feng Xiaoxi. But she didn't even saw her shadow. These past few weeks, she noticed that Feng Xiaoxi disappeared occasionally and it's following an interval of three days.

She gets her phone from her bag and sent a message to Feng Xiaoxi, "Where are you ah? You left me all alone Buhuhu T_T."

Where are you going Feng Xiaoxi? What are you hiding from us?

She sighed and looked at the group of guys seated around a table that is in the opposite corner of where she and Feng Xiaoxi's table.

She walked towards them, her arms crossed. She has an annoyed expression plastered on her face.

The group of guys didn't know that there is an impending storm heading on their way. They chat with each other while enjoying their lunch.

"Indeed, going to this school is the best choice we ever had!" Warren shouted in glee as he took a great big bite from the big slice of pepperoni pizza they ordered. He is still savoring the precious taste of the pizza and its crunchy texture.

The pizza emitted crunchy and crackly sounds.

Suddenly, he started to feel that his buddies became quiet and they stopped eating.

"What's wrong kids? You don't like the taste?" He turned to his mates and asked cluelessly. He doesn't know of the situation they are currently in. He looked at the big chunk of ham in Red's pizza and reached for it. "I can help you with that!"

He's about to put the ham in his mouth when a voice sounded behind him.

"Looks like you're are enjoying yourselves ah."
