"Ah, I said, This is Kaido-Sama's 136th island." the man looked my shocked face, with a weird expression. How the thing he just said could change my expression to this extent?

My mind was still blank. I couldn't comprehend. Why would I send to the Kaido's Island? What would be my gain except for death?

Kaido was one of the strongest pirates in the New World. New World was practically Pirate Sea. Most of the Islands would be under Pirate Crew protection and mostly those Pirate Crew's were strongest of the sea, Yonko.

Yonko represents 4 Kings of the New World. Namely, Red Hair Shanks, 100 Beasts Kaido, Big Mom, and Whitebeard-The Strongest Man in the World-. With just the power of the Whitebeard, it is not hard to guess others powers as well. These pirates are mostly in a stalemate for so many years because they have similar power levels.

To arrive one of those pirate's island is a suicide of a stranger. Yet here I am. Sent here to get stronger, if you believe it. I think I sent here to die! Damn you Kuma, this place must be worst!

"Hear my edict! Answer my questions!" I whispered before looking around. It was in contrast to my words how I looked frightened. But this words powered with my new Devil Fruit.

Fuko Fuko No Mi. Simply makes my words edict from the highest authority. I haven't got to chance to try it yet but I know by instinct it only works with targets willpower lower than me. Strength also has a great effect. This fruit makes my words edict as long as I say "Hear my edict!" Unlike Freya's fruit effects, mine can't be used as long as I don't want to use it. I believe it is better.

Flame of life in the eyes of the innkeeper diminished and he nodded his head. This was the signal indicate he is under my command. There were some restrictions with fruit as well. Even under my command, I could never make someone to suicide. Because the instinct of survivor would kick in and expel all other effects. Also, strong emotions would restrict fruits power. For example, order someone a kill somebody he or she loves, or ask a person who would never hurt somebody to kill, would make the order to break.

So, I will be fighting a man in woman clothes but has a beard. How is that funny? Who the hell wrote this world? Anyway, Kaido's executives must be as strong as Admirals. Even Vice Admirals would be desperate in front of them. Giving one of the conditions for being a Vice-Admiral is 'Must use at least one kind of Haki', the ones stronger than they must know a little bit about Haki if they are not very good at it.

From what Crow said to me, one of the executives of the Big Mom Crew was so good at Observation Haki, she could see a little bit of the future. Expecting the Queen to be at least this strong wouldn't be absurd. Giving how much even Wrinkled Old Man and Aquilo force me to use Jon, I can expect him to be beyond my level. How the hell I suppose to get stronger in here. Why would Kuma send me this cursed place? Should I just give up and return to Grand Line?

I don't know yet. But I have to find fruits limits. I wonder if he would be free of my command when Edict time expires. If it does, trusting these puppets is very dangerous. Also, to what extent they will listen to my orders. In which power level my fruit powers would be ineffective. I know that I have to be one meter in the proximity of the target, also when target left this one-meter proximity the Edict effect would wear off. The Fruit is very strong yet very weak. It only allows weak to aid me, which I could have it by other means. I have to find a way to strengthen its effects.

The last order was a test for my fruit. I was wondering if target leaves one-meter proximity area would my Edicts still work or not. If innkeeper comes every hour to brief me, it means as long as I declare my edict in 1-meter proximity I can leave it freely. Also, would the innkeeper remember who ordered him or did he notice, he was manipulated a few minutes ago? These were the questions, I wanted to be answered. If after the effect wears off and target understands he was manipulated it would be troublesome.

For example, If Freya didn't tell me about her Devil Fruit, even when the effect wore off, I would just think it was momentary weakness and I fell in love with her. I still have feelings for her and this very reason bugs me if it is still fruit effect or they are my personal feelings towards her.

I arrived in my room with the innkeeper and wait for him to ready the bath and other stuff before let him go. It was time to test my Fruit. I lied down in the hot bathtub and started to wait.

After an hour there was no one. The innkeeper didn't show up but neither did pirates. I have one certain answer and the other one needs further experiments. My Devil Fruit works as long as I am in one-meter proximity. The question needs to be further experimented on is, did the innkeeper noticed he has manipulated. I pick up the 'Den Den Mushi' from the dresser and dialed the innkeeper and asked him to come to my room. He came with no significant expression indicates he was suspected of being manipulated. I got walked to him and stop as soon as I was 1-meter away from him and told him "Hear my Edict! Find some girl to massage me." this was my new test.

If my Edict makes him leave one-meter proximity, would the order still work? I lied down in the hot tub again and started to wait. After 10 minutes or so a girl with alluring body walked in and greeted me with the utmost respect. She had fear and awe in her eyes at the same time. After 5 minutes I gave her money more than she would earn in 5 years and tell her to hide it. Wealth would bring trouble. I didn't exploit a frightened girl. Firstly I didn't need it. Secondly, this was not something I would ever do. I exploited Isi with her symetrical weakness but it was different. She had the strength to refuse me if she didn't want. Also, I wanted to do it to make her help me with Templars. If I didn't like her afterward, I wouldn't be with her.
