How would you lead your life if you didn't know if it was yours or not? With caution? Barging ahead without a second thought? Where would that life lead you anyway? Mary Shane Carter is a troubled teenager in the middle of her final years in high school. She swears a lot, fixes cars for fun, loves sports, and is, all in all, a fairly average student. The only curious thing about her might be, that she can't feel emotions. At all. It started after an accident in her childhood, which she cannot remember. Since then her body gave her weird signals from time to time, but it didn't seem like they were her own so she couldn't process them properly. Until this fateful day when a new classmate enters her life and turns her emotions upside down. But why does it feel like they are her own this time?
