2 Why this Perfection?

"Why do you want me? Can't you have another green man... I'm not that delicious (tho I am to be honest). Why not have someone like Piccolo, he's green and has nice muscles, and two big dendes on his head. Surely he can satisfy you (not), so why me?"

"Simple~. As I said before, I like you. I watched you on TV and I fell in love with everything about you, that beautiful voice, that handsome face, great charisma and that personality of yours. I truly don't know why, although there are many people like you, something made me tick when I saw you. It was love at first sight~. I really never fell in love until I met you (not directly though)." She smiled with her silver slips twisting up creating this charm that would attract any person.

"I'm truly proud to have an ancient godly hag fall in love with me, it truly makes me feel perfect (not really), but I have no interest in love because what I seek is strength, unimaginable strength to crush everything in existence. And to get revenge on the twerp Gohan and his pathetic father Goku." Smiled Cell with a psychotic intent, his hands clenching; his body shivering with anger.

"Ah Yes - I forgot about those guys, well right now you think with your measly power that you can just go back and kill them. Here take a look."

Rita threw a blue crystal ball without using her hand instead she used telekinesis coz otherwise Cell would've turned into quark ash. The blue crystal ball illuminated blue water coloured light, creating a blue radiance that spread around most of the visible area that Cell could see.

Cell caught the ball with his strong fingers and looked directly at the ball, he was interested in what Rita wanted to show him and what this little piece of ball shaped crystal is. It slightly intrigued him but not fully catching his attention, he then faced Rita again.

But before he could say anything...

Images flashed of the events after his defeat with new and more powerful enemies showing up, he saw how those saiyan monkeys grew stronger and stronger, creating bigger gaps between them. From Gohan becoming super saiyan 2 to Goku unlocking further forms such as SJJ3, Super Saiyan God, Blue and even Ultra Instinct.

Not only that but there were beings that called themselves gods, they were certainly powerful, especially the Gods of Destruction and their attendants, The Angels. Everyone has become a league above him, somehow Cell has felt as if the universe has grown suddenly big.

Cell's body shivered, not from fear but from excitement. Seeing Goku and Frieza reach such great heights, not only that but there were powerful beings such as Majin Buu, Beerus and angels like Whis, he could simply absorb their cells and grow further powerful. He could also gain access to this powerful energy called 'Godly Ki', such a perfect being as Cell requires such perfect energy.

"Hey... Lady Rita, can you send be back to my world, I'd be much obliged if you could do me this favour-" Smiled Cell, but before he could say anything further.

"No. You cannot." Said Rita with less warmth as before.

"Why's that..." Said Cell trying to not show dissatisfaction, so that he doesn't get himself killed or even not being allowed to go back to his world.

"I want you. I want you to forever be with me-"

Cell couldn't contain his dissatisfaction and roared.

"But look at this place, it's only never ending blackness, everything is boring here, nothing to kill or crush. This place is lame and boring I hate it. Send me back!"

" I can't. But I can send you to another world." She said, earning Cell's interest

"Okay. I'd rather go to another world than stay in this pathetic place. Send Me to that place. Immediately." Cell removed all forms of formality with this girl, he doesn't care if he dies, he'd rather go to hell than stay with that bitch in never ending darkness.

"Fine. But on one condition-" Before she could continue explaining Cell cut her from saying more.

"What condition! It better not be anything bad"

"You can't destroy the world and humanity. You can only kill those that directly try to kill you and you can't kill the innocent. Furthermore you have to find other ways to solve conflict."

"*sigh*, I don't really like this condition. Also, aren't you the goddess of darkness I thought you'd be more evil, probably more eviler than me. Tell me the benefits of going to other worlds, there surely must be powerful opponents with interesting skills or powers that I could absorb." asked Cell.

"I am not good or evil, good and evil doesn't exist but I guess to mortals I'd be considered chaotic neutral or simply an 'anti-hero'. And yes Darling~ there are benefits in visiting those world some are weak and some are strong, the one you are first going to is a weak one. Although it's weak, it does have interesting things."

"Aww geez, I am really excited to go there (not). I suppose it's better than fucking staying in this stupid place. I fucking hate the fact that I can't just murder those filthy maggots. But seriously, is the condition real or are you joking with me?"

"I am not joking, you are not allowed to kill the innocent. Now I have a present for you Darling~. Want it?" Rita looked Cell in the eyes, trying to tease him. Cell barely managed to stop his blushing.

"Cell asked her what the present was and Rita revealed it to be a black cloak with a massive hood and massive sleeves, it looked like it suited him well. The hood managed to cover all of Cells head including the 'horns', the pointy bits on his head did not show instead there was just a normal circular head shape.

Rita told Cell this cloak is called 'Cloak of Night', everything inside the cloak is coated by shadows so that the users identity is hidden; the cloak is resistant to fire, it does not give any protection to the user. It was perfect for Cell to hide his identity and walk among the human population. Though he really didn't want to walk among those maggots and would rather terrorise or destroy them.

Rita waved her little hands and next to Cell appeared a blue portal; the blue portal looked mystical and enchanting. Before entering the portal, Cell looked at Rita one more time and said.

"Little Rita, I thank you for saving me and now I thank you for sending me somewhere (though you should have sent me back home), I am truly grateful and I hope we don't meet again." waved Cell as he entered the portal.

A noise could be heard from the portal as Cell entered it. Now Cell was truly gone from the realm of Kakos.

Rita lost her smile and looked into the mysterious orb that appeared right next to her.

"Now I feel lonely again. It's nice to meet him personally, my beloved Cell~."
