Cultivation realms:
A. Spirit cultivation realms.
1. Body tempering realm- consists of 4 parts
1st stage to 4th stage tempers muscles and is the low tier of the realm.
5th to 7th stage tempers skin and is mid tier of the realm
8th to 10th stage tempers blood vessels and is the high tier of the realm
11th to 13th stage tempers bones and marrow and is the peak tier of the realm
(A person needs to be in the 8th stage of the body tempering realm minimum to be able to become a cultivator and enter the qi refining realm.)
2. Qi refining realm- consists of 4 parts

3. Core condensation realm- consists of 4 parts

4. Nascent soul realm

(One will stay in the Immortal ascension realm until they can sense Immortal Qi. Those in the Immortal world and above might progress directly without needing help or can take an Ascension Spirit Pill.

B. Immortal Cultivation Realms.
(One needs to overcome the 7 elemental tribulation to progress in this realm. The tribulation can be taken in any order and the element does not matter. Each breakthrough comes after 1000 years and adds 1000 years of longevity.)
1. False Immortal Realm- One needs to under go their first immortal tribulation to reach the First Tribulation Stage of the Immortal realm.

(at the Transcendent Immortal realm, one stays immortal as long as they continue overcoming the immortal tribulations. These don't come after 1000 years but are random and cannot be determined. But each subsequent tribulation will become more difficult than the last.)

Body Cultivation: Proper Body cultivation starts after tenth stage of the body tempering realm. One doesn't need to reach the 13th stage and obtain the Xiantian physique, but one that does has a stable foundation.
A. Five Treasure Realm
(one needs to refine their Liver [wood], Heart [Fire], Spleen [Earth], Kidneys [water], Lungs [metal] to progress in each stage.]
1. First Treasured Organ
(equivalent to the peak of the core condensation realm)
2. Second Treasured Organ
(Equivalent to the Peak of the Nascent Soul realm)
3. Third Treasured Organ
(Equivalent to the Peak of the Dao Shell realm)
4. Fourth Treasured Organ
(Equivalent to the Peak of the Dao Treading realm)
5. Fifth Treasured Organ
(Equivalent to the Peak of the Immortal Ascension Realm)
