Chapter 15: History

The fire flickers by the fireplace lighting up the room that's filled with books. Thousands of books with pages of different kinds of knowledge. 

Not so far a table that had stacks of unfolded books, dirty beige paper clutter far and near, and ink that was running towards the books and papers as it was unintentionally hit by a hand.

Steps were heard going nearing the table, a rasping sigh was heard in this isolated place, a cloth was brought to wipe the messy spilled ink. 

They sat down on the wooden chair and whispered, "Now let's get started." They opened a book that was beside the typewriter, "6 goddesses that ruled Niara"

The books start at the time where the gods were still living in the lands of gods, "Uriah" named after the great ruler of all gods that had passed away, the father of now ruler of Uriah the God of justice, equality, and wisdom, Uriel Savvish.

Pronunciation: Sav•vish

This day that's recorded in these pages is the day that the demons declared war due to the injustice that they had experienced with the gods in the rule of Uriel.

Niara, the beloved wife of Uriel has secretly allied with the demons, as soon as she heard their treatment in Uriah that never has ever happened in the rule of the deceased ruler.

17 seats were around the carefully crafted wooden table. The first one to arrive was dressed in a cloak that reached their toes. After the first one arrives the others arrive in a matter of seconds.

They all stand before their chairs, "Shall we?"  After those words that seemed like from a woman, Everyone sat down.

Niara, who was seated between 4 chairs, removed her head cloak and said, "What's the plan?"

The one in front of her offers Niara the map of the palace that she had given them from their last meeting, she takes the paper, and details of the plan are there.

Niara looked at her side, who removed her head cloak as Niara set her eyes on her, Verine with fierce eyes she took a glance at the detailed plan. She is the older sister of the goddess Varuni.

Niara hands over the plan to her, "What do you think?" She whispered. 

As Verine gazed through the plan, a smirk appeared on her lips. She looks over at them, "This plan will have thousands of soldiers sacrifice their life." She paused, "This might even kill the goddess of war."

Niara smiled at her, "I'm sure something like that won't happen." Niara's gaze moved to the demons.

"About that..." The demons removed their cloak. Their features were similar to the goblins that were mentioned before, the only difference is their nose and skin, the demon's skin were similar to humans. The demon proceeded to say, "We plan to disguise the death of the goddess."

Niara smiled, "Thank you for worrying about me," she said, clasping her bruised hands. "But surely, Uriel will kill all the goddesses for a petty reason. He is already against women's existence," She sighs. "You just gave him another reason to kill us."

Across them, the demons were confused by Niara's answer, "May I ask something?"

"Of course," Niara replied with a faint smile.

"How is it another reason to kill women?" The demon resumed their question.

"Well, there was a prophecy by the great elf. The prophecy was women, the goddesses will overcome him... I know it's not good of a reason, but after the great elf made the prophecy the caring, loving, and gentleman Uriel was gone. He became abusive and all of the bad things you could think of. And there I regretted our marriage," Niara replied to the demon who asked.

Verine looked over at Niara and said, "Your highness, you didn't have to say anything." 

Varuni who was on the other side of Niara joined the conversation, removed their cloak, "Don't worry, I'll take care of everything." They say.

"And do you mean by taking care of everything?" Avirha says as soon as she removes her cloak.

"I'm gonna form a ball of mana together with the power of literature. That would easily create freedom for gods and make their dimensions and universe." Varuni authentically answered. "We can also put little bits of Niara's body mana. And then, everything else is complete."

"Wait, what's body mana again?" Guevin asked Varuni with her eyebrows frowning. 

"Mana is in the wrist veins and the body mana is in the heart. They are similar, the only difference is that both of them are located in different parts of the body." Verine answered Guevin.

"And their colors are different, mana is the color ruby red and body mana is emerald green. The most dangerous between them is mana because one scratch and you're dead," Avirha answered. "Okay, are we done now? Because we still have a plan to finish." She added.

"Yes... Okay so, Varuni you'll make the mana ball, I'll disguise my death, Verine yours is to protect the goddesses, Guevin you're going to disguise your death with me, and Avirha protects their souls." Niara said, pointing to each of them announcing their given task.

"Yes, your highness." They all said in unison. Niara looked at the demons and said, "And you demons will attack at the back gate, tunnels were made in the palace, I'll send you the new map of Uvieh. Sorry, I didn't trust you with the new map, truly I apologize."

Days have passed after the meeting, the designated time of the attack has arrived. Purple clouds mixed with the white one seen in the sky giving the effect of sunset.

Standing before the glass window, giving the whole view of the celestial kingdom, Verine and Niara talked.

"Your highness it's time, Varuni has completed the mana ball, I have put the goddesses into hallucination and protected with my mana, Guevin has finally picked her death dress," Verine paused as Niara chuckled.

"And Avirha have taken off to Niara together with the souls." Verine continued, "Good." Niara answered with relief by the goddess's performances to the given task.

"How about Lucia?" Niara asked without batting an eye on her side.

"She has been doing good since arriving in Niara, she also has created a lot of creatures on Niara." Verine quickly answered.

"That's good." Niara showed a smile. "Oh, I almost forgot, how about Mirha?"

"...She has taken a liking to Freya's soul," Verine answered, being hesitant at first.

Niara didn't answer, after a moment of silence, she eventually opened her sealed lips, "Okay..." 

The sound of a horn was heard and both of them looked at each other. Moments of acting displayed in front of the ruler.
