After inspecting it her anger decrease, then look at the clerk who was still kneeling in front of her and said. " you don't have to kneel."

The clerk was bewildered to what she said. He doesn't know she really means it or not.

"I understood that being repeatedly being stolen loses some profits in your store or having too little profits will make you stress and loss some of your rationality. I see that you have your reasons but don't randomly accused your customers. You're also a good person who can admit your mistakes and apologize sincerely so I will not make this more complicated."

She turned around and walk through the store again as if nothing happened. She picks up the red basket near the door and said to him "You should go inside because I can't buy the items I selected if there's no one inside to scan them."

She looks at the toothbrushes in the store and thinks really hard what she should get like she was choosing from the chips area a moment ago that took her a moment then goes to the soap area near her and took her a little more time because there was a variety of soaps.

After looking at her shop in his store felt that he was a jerk. He stood up slowly while following her move with his sight.
