Chapter 6 Vergil enough said

This is the second fight scene I have ever written so I am still learning. Next as someone who has read the danmachi book firebolt is an instant cast spell. A short chant spell I see in a book is usually a sentence or two so please understand why it is here. I am just doing what the book would do. In some cases I have seen them chant it with one word but still the point remains sorry just been reading danmachi again and at book 9 so far. So it has been a pet peeve of mine, sorry about that, well just enjoy the chapter now. Have a great day from the writer of this mess :).

Alfia pov

Turn around to see Vergil stand there with me, not trying to geek out to see him in the flesh.

Grayfia said "warn emergency quest show Vergil your worthiness first failure penalty, unable to ever use yamato".

see this set my potion to automate retrieval and draw my wooden sword dash forward to make Vergil eyebrow go up as he pulls yamato in it shete out with the two swords slam into each other. see my smile he gave one back.

Vergil says "good show me your power".

He then sent me fly

As I flip say the chant "the sound of this world is divine let it power reign supreme stanas verin".

Send a couple of shockwaves out that Vergil cut through, use that as a distraction I disappear and reappear slam the sword down on him. With Vergil blocking it with his seathe says "is that all the determination you have".

I smile and say "no it is not".

Chant again sending shock waves out from the ground to send Vergil up into the air and drink a full mana potion.

Grayfia say "two left"

with me copying one of his cut moves thanks to my skill. Jump up and chant again but this time form the sound around the weapon and send it out. slam it into Vergil and do this twice now my mp is out. Vergil hit the ground hard. flip down myself to the ground. Stand in a ready position thank you me for picking this cheat caracter. Dash forward starts to use the moves that Alfia herself masters with the best of my ability.

It seems to make Vergil smile and say "good show me that motivation to defeat me little girl".

Slash at his feet with Vergil making a quick dash back and sending back a set of cuts as he moves. Me taking a stance of his own style destroys the cut sent my way. Dash forward and slam the sword down on him. Vergil frowns but I smile because once he tries to jab me a jump back, do the same move and shock him for a split second. Vergil cut the attack away.

Vergil's smile says "you learn fast, good time for me to get some motivation".

drink another full mana potion.

Grayfia says "one is left".

Vergil dash forward started to cut with a quick slash. Thanks to my bs luck I was able to dodge it by a hair. Though the wind pressure causes small cuts in the process. Finally get some distance from him, bolt forward, mix in some of his cuts and my own moves. Vergil's grin face starts to get stronger and stronger. I slam my sword down on him.

Vergil grin happily says "you are starting to interest me little girl".

He starts to charge an attack jump back. I started a new chant and waited until it was about to hit.

"I hate my own noise, seal it away so that I may breathe silentium eden."

Make a protective barrier that only lasts about 5 sec. Take the hit and make me fly back across the floor. Get up and quickly down my last full mana potion to hear the words.

Grayfia says "zero left".

Quickly get in a ready position and dash forward as I slash at him and keep slash trying to get him on the defense. Notice I am starting to get tired. Make use of this vergil grab the sword and use his sword seethe to smack me far away from him. Hear the words.

Grayfia saying "hp at two points."

Quickly down a full heal potion.

Grayfia says "health restores, tiredness to the amount of twenty points and two potions remaining".

Take a deep breath I start to run at him with vergil disappear and smack me right in the side lightly cough up blood. Though I use momentum to flip to the other side and slice as hard as I can. Hit his back and send him a bit farther away from me.

Vergil looked at me and said "you need to try more than that".

I just nod bolt forward again and trade blow for blow with him for a good solid couple of minutes before finally getting sluggish again. Vergil slapped me back hard this time, sent me flying into the white void and reappeared to slap me with a light tap with his seathe hit the ground hard.

Grayfia saying "hp at one you're about to die".

Quickly roll away I drank a full heal potion to get my status back to where they were before.

Grayfia saying "one left".

Vergil was smiling at me and said "you know what I think you earned this".

Pop into his devil trigger form I now know what I have to do down the fairy mana potion.

Grayfia saying "zero left five mins remaining".

start to dodge his strike as they are get faster and realize he is about to do the legendary final combo. I chant again and send a shockwave out say "Lugio" cause a mass explosion to happen.

Quickly kick up a cloud and use this to get father back I start to chant the long spell "for I am power incarnate, nothing will stop my sound;". dodge a flurry of attack from Vergil while speaking again. "it shall destroy all that makes a noise. For I seek peace".

Get nearly slash in half as Vergil tries to get me but I speak again once more "in this awful world. The noise of power, the noise of talent, the noise of disease, the noise of weakness and the noise of self hatred". As vergil prepared his final move, so did I.

"all echo it straight so let the power rise for this is the end of all that makes a noise I hate and most all myself genos angelus."

Vergil said "judgment cut".

Both attacks collide send shockwaves through the palace as it nearly crumbles away. Send me and him back after a while. I awake to see Vergil read a book with letter v on it.

Vergil says "you're up, good you impress me a lot little one to have that kind of power at your age. Even when I was held back a lot. I was generous to you after all you remind me of me. So hear the deal, my backstory and what you get."

Make sure I am listening Vergil continue "first I am Vergil Sparda the first demon lord and one two founders of the demon empire. My power was linked to my beast until I intertilizes it to make what I call a devil trigger. I am the only one I know of so far that has wielded it in this way. The cost of me doing this made me into a soul weapon that you now possess. I will give you my power but it will take time since you just got lucky you unlocked it at all. It was in a moment of pure rage which one the strongest way to bring out any demon power. but since you're so young I am limit what you can do with my power ok."

I nod to him

Vergil nods and says "ok for the start you can only use your affinities with the weapon that it. none of my more powerful abilities with it. Though as you grow older it will be unlocked by me. Second, once you unlock a power ability We will have a light spar to see how well you can use it. After all, see how easily you copy my moves from early. I think you will do just fine. Finally if you need some guidance don't hesitate to ask we are now in this together. All you have to do is meditate with the blade to come back here. With that I will see you soon, little demon."

Vergil patted my head and finally woke up sweating a bit with a pant.

Grayfia says "the Yamoto is now unlocking experience and the moveset of Vergil is now limited though powers of vergil cause the limitation. Finally quest reward for emergency quest one free gache ticket, ten full heal and mana potions with xp lock now unlock. You can now gain level starting today. See status for more info."

Look at what the screen show makes me go well that started. Now look around to see now one around. "ok Grayfia pull the gache really quick".

Grayfia usually responds "of course goddess Alfia".

wait Nero gun well that is not too bad given what I got today.

Grafyfia says "the gun blue rose will be stored in inventory power moveset with it to be locked until further information is acquired."

Take it out. Still a beautiful gun, why is there so much Nero hates he such a good boy and he is a cutie at the same time no homo as my friend says. When the door opens I quickly drop the gun back into the inventory.

The door fling open with a smash, see Kome as she runs up say "your alright hime Alifa".

She was cry while I pat her back "what wrong"

Kome stop, look at me with worry and say "you have been out for nearly two weeks hime".

My eyes go wide "it's been that long".

Kome nod say "yes it has plus madam Annie and lady Apple move in the day after you collapse. The queen even wants to award you for what you did. You basically stop a coup from happening. She wants to see you once you are well."

Take it all in "ok Kome can you tell everyone I am fine but not let in my room yet".

Kome looked at me with concern so I patted her head "I just need to make sure that my power won't leak out. And look more presentable ok so give me some time.

Kome nods and closes the door. I sigh "ok first I need to summon the blade".

Contreating on the blade in my mind it materializes next to me. Seeing this truly it is a beautiful weapon, the game designer knew what they were doing. Thinking back on how it all happened Erza knew who to kill. That makes no sense, just shaking my head is not the best way to think with yandere.

Erza probably had all the info on the Greyhawk family, even my uncle once I got her eye. I need to get that from her to make sure the future doesn't happen. That scary future I just ended to a point. Shake my head, place the weapon back, hear a knock at the door, fix my gown and hair "you may come in".

The door opened for my family and Erza rushed at me. I was chewed out for doing what I did. To be honest I never realized how much I worry them. Though Erza kisses me all over my face and Apple gets mad at it, try to pull me away from her.

They calm down in a group and finally ask together "what did you remember"?

Get in a think pose "I remember ordering Erza but that's about it".

Think to myself it best I play dumb.

They all said together "it was nothing too important."

smile at my family "that is great to hear".

They walk out after a bit to let me rest.

Erza says "I am kida happy she has no memory of what she did. Though if I ever meet the person in that sword I am going to kill him for making my hawk go that twist and dark."

they all nod but Apple was breathing hard thinking I wish she would treat me like that and use me as a toy. None of the rest see the lustfulled crazy smile Apple had in that moment.

I was sighing thinking just how many targets am I gonna run into and how will I keep them from hurting my sister. With a female voice deep within say "Will my new user stop being so bitchy and whine it is hard to sleep". As a white dragon stir for a brief moment before going back to slumper.
