The dragon stared at the black figures closing in on him. He shut his eyes and roared as loudly as could. His last hope was somebody hearing his cry.

But the woods we're thicked. His roar would be silenced in a few miles and no body normally would enter these woods.

The demons bit and teared into his flesh enjoying every bite. But they suddenly stop and screeched loudly. They were burning and the flames gulfed them up but not harming anything else at all.

Blue sneered and watched them burned.

"You a dragon. Can't even defend yourself against tier-1 demons? And you call yourself a dragon? Is locksift losing their mind choosing you to serve those b*tches in the palace? I expected more of them. "

The dragon groaned in pain and tears were welling up in his eyes.

Actually he was only around Blue's age in terms of dragon's age.

Blue finally noticed his wounds and the blood that stained the forest grounds.

Blue rolled her eyes and lifted her hand. The dragon felt his pains go away and a feeling of warmth engulfed him.

"Shut up annoying turd! I only came to help you because I want you to relay a message to the Locksift Kingdom. I. Am. Not. Coming. Back! Oh tell them their gold diggers too. " Blue said with an innocent smile.

"It's been 2 YEARS! She hasn't shown any signs of great ability! Just throw her out! I don't need a cripple as a daughter! " He spat.

She grabbed my hand and dragged me outside.
