PoV Jena

'This will be really a surprise for everyone i suppose, but more importantly for my father and my brother. *chuckle* I really want to see their faces' .At least is what i was thinking while i was walking for the corridore with the others. But all of the sudden i sense a presence ...or presences, i turned around trying to find something but nothing.

'My imagination i suppose' is what I thought while i continue to follow Millie and Lyra

Millie: What happened?

Jena: hm? Ah well i thought i sense something but its nothing.

Lyra: *confused look*

Millie: *pondering* we are tlking about you so i suppose there is something, for now i will increase the survelliance

Jean: *blinking* 'Wait? survelliance ? here ? how? since when ?... *sighs* well i shouldnt be surprised. Still having that trust in me really feels good'. If you say so.

Lyra: *Chuckle* we can always count in our lady Millie

Millie: well ladies is always an honor

Lyra/Jena: *chuckle*

Person B: well i suppose the concealment of someone is not that impressive *mischievous gaze*

Person C: *fierce glance* shut up *looking at the back of Jane*

Person B: ok ok sorry *murmur* muscles head

Person A: stop. For now be more vigilant, also take care about her survelliance

Person C: *nods*

Millie PoV

After our entrance and avoiding all the glances we were getting from the presents, we walk directly to the king to salute him an give our thanks for the invitation. Well i suppose he is my father-in law but etiquette is etiquette, in the novel or in the game he wasn't very present at least not until the engagement of the prince with the heroine but even there there wasnt much of his presence. It's true that "I" met him long ago and a i came very often but i didn't see him very much either

So now that i can see him i can say that i expected him to be like this...handsome. He doesn't seem old at all, he should be in his middle forties, but well is "his" father after all so i couldn't expect less.

With a little bow from me and the others i cast a glance at my father, who is at the left of the king but not for much . He is still collected after us entering together, but i suppose its normal.

After some words with the king, we part from them and go to the buffet.

Millie: you should go where your families

Lyra: *pouting* i don't wanna. i know that that father of mine will make me a lot of questions about you, so i prefer stay here. Also they know about our *friendship* so I don't care now

Millie: it's that so? is true for you too, Jena?

Jena: hm? well maybe the opposite they won't say anything but will cast glances at me for answer, aldo like lady lyra they should know about my relationship with you .For that i will refrain from going there thank you

Millie: I see, so we can start going. I suppose no one will be searching for us.

Lyra: * chuckle* we can say the one of the advantages of being daughters from our houses we can avoid almost everyone, also our nicknames work pretty well in this tipe of occasions

Millie: nicknames?

Jane: oh lady Millie haven't you heard about them? we will explain that after, first we should start going. But you are okay with it? I understand you father but your mother wont say you something after?

Millie: Well that will be after for now she is surrounded by her "friends" * contempt gaze*. Also like both of you I think it obvious that our parents know about our relationship but they wouldn't never have thought about us making it "official"

Jane/lyra: *chuckle* that its true / well yeah

Millie: So shall we go?

Jane: * nods*

Lyra: yes

While we were leaving the ball we ignored the commotion we created. After long corridors we arrived at the royal gardens which were behind the palace. I was walking in from of both ladies when I asked:

Millie: I suppose you are curious about how i have my own space in the palace

Jena: Its certainly one of my questions but since I put my trust on you I should accept this fact naturally

Lyra: *chuckle* I couldn't have said it better

At their words I paused and turned back seeing them who were a little puzzled why we stopped.

Millie: *smile* so its like this, I suppose I have to respond to your trust

Jane/Lyra : *smile*

Well it's because I had to have an etiquette equal to a queen so sinca I was a kid I entered and exit the palace a lot of times, while I was on one of my rare free time I came up with this place. There is this big lake it's a mystical place I have never thought I will find something like this

'Really from her memories this place is really magical but why I sense there something more there? Also if this place so mystical it should have been written in the novel'

Millie: So here we are...

Lyra/Jane: *taken back* wow/ this...

Millie: *chuckle* I suppose that was the same face I made when I saw this place for the first time

Jane: this is a very wonderful place

Lyra: indeed

Millie: *nods* I think so too even more now with fireflies flying everywhere, after all I have never been here at night. So come this way I prepare some te

Jane: *chuckle* Always ready for every situation

Lyra: it's lady Miller after all

Millie : oh thank you

I guide them to the table I made T prepare in advance where the te and biscuits were displayed, a very fancy set up if I may say. I indicated at both of them take a sit, after we talk about things related to the academy I started with our original motive.

Millie: So ladies i suppose here is where we put our card to the open.

Jane/Lyra: *serious look*

Millie: Actually this year will be an ordeal A Lot of things will happen even things that we can't control. 'I really don't know how ladies like them could fall with ''that'' kind of end *sighs* I suppose is everything for the happy end of the heroine… but now i have to prevent it, like come on how can i left this two cute girls'.

Jane: *puzzle look* how so? 'This year? Wait, the so called heroine make his entrance this year right?...with her is certain that it will be an ordeal, but how Lady Millie could know about that?'

Lyra: What do you mean Lady Millie? 'It's true that the heroine will be coming this year, but I thought that with everything we had will be enough to stop this farce, also I don't think these ladies are like in the novel, which makes me more confused…'

At that moment i thought something was sucking us, like when we came here, 'Argh this headache again why? wait ...JANE! LYRA!' It was my last thought before everything became black.
