Chapter 4 Target Spotted

It was the year 2034, many different species coexist in today's era. Humans, demi-humans, monsters and devils. Though there was an unending conflict between the races, they were able to come to an understanding and coexist with each other, since then hundreds of years have past.

Society since then has been changed compared to what was considered normal in the past, humans were no longer nature's top species, as the other races were not only more attractive but were much stronger than humans.

Osaka Japan, the city was bustling with citizens and tourists, whether human, demi humans such as cute cat girls, yokais etc. filled the streets. The restaurants, cafes, shops and tourist attractions were filled, with people happily interacting with their friends and loved ones.

Behind, all this in a random abandoned alleyway, a bright light flash illuminating the area like a beacon. A figure slowly shaped itself as the light slowly faded away revealing a young man, laying on the concrete ground unconscious for just a moment.

He was very handsome, long black unruly hair with bangs covering parts of his well defined face, as he woke up he opened his blue eyes in confusion. When he got to see the bank balance he was left in disbelief at the amount.
