7 First Missions

(A.N. Hopefully y'all don't mind the fact that Mamako won't be as lewd from now on. She was hot while she was here but now she is simply a perfect housewife)

Adam disconnected the kiss, saliva bridged the gap between their two mouths, they were both lightly panting. Mamako, simply left to go make some snacks for them both to enjoy. Adam sat on the living room couch and turned on the T.V., ignoring the blaring sound of the news, he opened up the 'Missions' tab on his system. The first 5 missions were considered prologue missions and only the player could do them, they couldn't take their Waifu's with them.

--------------------------

Mission 1:

Description: Kill 3 Goblins!

Reward: EXP, Gold, A basic weapon of your choice

Fail Conditions: 10minutes pass, Death

Penalty: None

(Hint: Time will pause in the real world while doing missions in the system!)

--------------------------

Adam saw no reason to delay his attack on the goblins, he pressed play and his consciousness ended up in a white abyss with 3 goblins on the horizon, rushing towards him. He simply starting to walk towards them. Getting closer he could see that they fashioned no armor nor weapons, there were warts on their noses and even without getting close to them he could tell they smelt rotten. Only being 30m away from the 3 musketeers, he got into a fighting stance and waited. Soon, they got to 20m, then 10 and finally 5m. As soon as they got within 5m they all simultaneously launched punches towards Adam. He saw no reason to copy these pathetic excuses for attacks and simply side-stepped and kicked towards the closest shit stain. He severely underestimated 10 STR as the blow instantly decapitated the goblin, as he remembered something about the game. Usually players only started with 5 in each stat, if he were to guess they became 10 under the influence of the 'Perfect Human' passive ability. The two goblins saw their friend's head land 20-30m away, their eyes widened but they didn't give up yet. They continued their attacks without delay and in response Adam continued to dodge all their attacks. Unfortunately for the goblins, they didn't learn from the death of their friend, they were soon killed the same way.

(A.N. Tell me what you think of the fight, obviously it wasn't very long but I'd like an indication on what I should improve.)

Adam's consciousness returned to his body and the system pinged.

Adam chose a spear as his weapon, he could get a staff or wand later in order to help with supporting his team but right now this was the best weapon for him. The Eyes Of The Lord couldn't replicate reach, however, no matter the weapon he was using he would always replicate the attack damage and effect. Without delay, he asked the system to withhold his rewards until he has completed the rest of his prologue missions and quickly re-entered the mission select screen.

After a couple hours in the system and only 3-4mins in the real world, Adam had easily completed all the Prologue Missions. First he had to fight 20 goblins, which was just as easy as the first time, his spear helped a lot in killing a couple with each swing. The second mission was fighting 10 Kobolds, he thought they would be as easy as goblins but they proved a greater challenge, they were coordinated in their attacks, he soon was bitten by the last one while cleaning up the second to last one. He was slightly pissed so he used The Eyes Of The Lord to bite the kobold and give it a taste of its own medicine. The third fight was him against 3 orcs. They were awfully slow, although their attacks were very dangerous, a very good attack to copy in fact. The most dangerous part of that fight were the foul breath of the pigs. The fourth and last fight was between Adam and a singular troll. Adam was very tense about the fight but using the orc's attacks against the troll proved to make short work of the regeneration powers.

(A.N. Hopefully this makes sense, orcs are stronger with their attacks but are much slower and easier to kill than trolls. Trolls can still pack-a-punch but their greatest asset is their ability to trade.(This wasn't grounded in normal fantasy rules. Or it might be idk.))

Adam relaxed on his couch after the exhausting work-out, he soon calmed his heaving chest and looked towards his rewards.

---------------------------

Mission 2,3,4 and 5 Completed!

Rewards: EXP, Gold, A basic set of an armor class or your choosing (Light, Medium and Heavy), A warrior skill book of your choosing, A mage's spell book of your choosing, 50 dream stones

---------------------------

---------------------------

Level Up!

4 ---> 9

25 stat points gained!

---------------------------

Adam knew that he shouldn't get used to this amount of rewards. A common mistake that new players made after completing the prologue was the assumption that all of these items were common rewards, so they used them non-optimally. Almost everything that was gifted to Adam was something that players in the endgame coveted greatly.

He wasted no time in investing all of his stat points into LUC.

Seeing his amazing LUC value, he decided that now was the time for him to do a multi-summon, he has 155 stones in total. So even if he doesn't get a good character, he can always try again. He bites his lip and presses on the only banner available, no characters have a Rate Up, but every character is there. Every multi-summon guarantees at least one character. He presses the Multi-summon button.

(A.N. He got 100 stones from the mail when he first got the system, 5 from the event quest and 50 from the prologue quests.)
