13 Professional Troll

"Well, well, well! If it isn't the nerd walking around with a son-of-a-rich-dad", a voice rang across the hallway. David instantly recognised it as he clenched his fists, turning around to confront the person.

It was a tall and handsome young man standing next to a beautiful young girl.

"Hey, Jason and Alice", David said, smiling. He looked at Jason's face, and all the things he had done to hurt David and his loved ones flashed in his mind. "Calm down David", he muttered to himself "I wont be able to save Earth if I wound up in jail for killing this asshole"

"Hey David! Looks like you have been working out", Jason smirked, as he casually walked towards David.

"Drop it Jason.", Tom interfered, trying to protect David.

"Nah I can handle this", David stopped Tom, as he walked towards Jason with a smirk on his face.

"Bring it on Asshole"

The University where David studied didn't care much about what went on during the class breaks. Who could know it better than David, who had to suffer bullying for a few years in the University?

Jason was one of the popular delinquents at the University. He was good at sports and attractive, and unlike Tom, he had a toxic personality. This made all the girls in the college rally around him like crazy.

David lunged at Jason, throwing a wild punch. Jason smirked as he swiftly dodged the attack, but David had already launched another punch towards him. Jason wasn't fast enough to dodge the attack as David's punch came crackling down on his jaw.

"KUGH!" he groaned as he stepped back, looking in shock that the weak kid was now fighting head-to-head against him.

David leapt towards Jason again, but suddenly, Alice jumped between the two,

"Stop it, you two. You guys don't need to fight over me", she shouted.

David: .....

Jason: .....

Alice then looked at David and said, "Don't hurt my Jason."

"The fuck is wrong with this girl" David pressed his head. He knew Alice was an overdramatic girl, but hogging all the attention for herself, that was some next-level bullshit.

Tom also jumped in, " David, that's enough. Let's go, " he muttered, holding David's hand and taking him away.

"Why did you stop me? I would have smacked his skull", David groaned.

"Exactly, this is not a game. This is real life!" Tom glared at him.

"well.. yeah", David had forgotten that it was not the future where strength reigned supreme. Rules and regulations were still valid at the current time.

The two of them had a typical day at the University for the remaining day, after which they decided to enter the game again at night.

David returned to his home to find that his mother was sleeping soundly. He gently kissed her forehead before entering the kitchen to make her some food.

"What about some pasta?" he thought.

He quickly took out the packet of pasta before cooking it till Al dente. Then, I decided to add milk and cheese to make the white sauce pasta.

He plated the dish and took one bite to check if something was missing.

"Perfect", he smiled.

[ You have created a Cheese Pasta (Uncommon)]

David had something he wanted to try out. He held the bowl of pasta and tried to add it to his inventory. Suddenly, the bowl of pasta disappeared from his hand, and he quickly checked it to find that the bowl was present in his inventory.

"Well, as I expected, it has no additional effects", he thought.

Food could have extra buffs and debuffs which aid them in battles. This was why Chef was a popular class in the world of Orion.

"I need to use ingredients that have mana to create a special dish", David thought as he glanced towards his mother's room.

"I need to check with the Library inside the game today", he thought. He quickly put a note next to his mom's bed, along with the bowl of pasta.

David decided to check out the websites where he could upload guides and stuff for money.

"Information is money. I cannot give away too much else they won't return next time", he thought.

He opened the online forum for Orion and checked out the trending topics. "As expected, most players took Melee class. Let's help some guys out and get some money, shall we?" he grinned as he began writing a blog post on the ideal stat distribution for each class.

"What should be my username... meh, let's keep it David only."

"The price, 10 bucks, should be fine."

He filled in all the details before writing the blog's main content.

"The classes under Healing Job have only one job: healing. Unless you are Keyaru, the only work you must do is apply status effects and heal your teammates. Only go for mana; anything else wastes precious stat points."

"The Rogue Job has a more interesting stat distribution because you are an all-rounder. You can use mana to enhance your body and use melee attacks like a jack of all trades. You must distribute your stats equally. Don't come crying to me if you cannot unlock a specific path of evolution because you acted like a moron."

"The Players that took Melee Job focus on Strength and Agility. Then, take care of your specific requirements as per your class. I don't think you are some super slick protagonist. Even healers will beat your ass if you aren't careful. "

"As for Mages, go fuck yourself. You can't beat me whatever you guys do. Unless you pay me more, I might give you some hints."

"hehehehehhehe", David grinned . He knew that the people using online forums were a bunch of tsundere. "The more I roast them, the more they will buy my blogs to prove I am wrong. Pitiful online nerds."

David understood these online nerds better than anyone because he was once a part of them.

He quickly clicked "Upload" and waited for people to read his blog.

"Now thats done! Time to go to the Party and eat some delicious food", David grinned.
