7 7- Achievements

"A habit? bro, that is some nasty habit you got there" Mark said.

"Shut up, anyway, what is with the live stream? I never heard of it before" Chris asked.

"Huh? I dont know, i received a message from the system then just suddenly asked me if I want to live stream and earn some extra money didnt you receive one?" Mark said the truth.

"No, there is no such thing that I received a message from the system" Chris said.

"You didnt receive one? then maybe they chose me in random to test the live stream?" Mark deduced.

"Well, I dont really mind, having a live stream is also beneficial for us, it will give popularity for our guild" Chris said.

"That is good too, anyway, I'm going to unmute the livestream, also lets call each other by ID, I dont want my real identity to be discovered" Mark said.

"No problem, also dont reveal my gender" Chris nodded.

Mark then unmuted the Live stream, "I'm back everyone, we talked about some personal things so I hope you understand that" Mark said.

"Why are guys chatting respectfully? anyway, this is Nyx, he- *Ahem, she is my best friend, and we play decided to play together" Mark said as he coughed because of the slip of tongue.

[Did he just say he?]

[No, I think he just bit his tongue]

[Its so mysterious, because of that I am now having a hard time differentiating a man and a woman]

[When did everything become so complicated?]

"Ahem, she is a girl guys, anyway, we will now start playing, so sit tight, watch and learn" Mark said confidently, he was slowly getting used in being a live streamer.

"So what are we going to do?" Mark asked as he looked around, he was not able to observe earlier due to being shocked with Chris.

Now that he looked around, they were located at a snow biome, basically, a place covered in snow.

At least there are tons of resources such as the forest and they were also close to the ocean, as for the monsters, there were none other than harmless animals.

"Lets collect resources for now, but lets party first" Chris said.

"Okay" Mark nodded, he already knew the basic things about the game, they then formed a party, in this way, they will share experience with each other when they kill a monster or something else.

The first thing they needed to do was look for a flint and pluck some grass to make a small rope, then finally make an axe.

It sounded easy but it was extremely complicated, everything was comparable to reality so Mark had to do these manually.

If not for an old fogey who claimed himself to be a survival expert and teaching, Mark would be scratching his head right now.

Anyway, flints could be found on gravels but the chance of being able to find one is below 30% and Mark had to dig gravels.

Gravels are usually located near the lakes, as for Chris, he was in charge of making the small ropes.

Well, for now his job is collecting vines and grass, thankfully, Mark taught Chris about some survival skills when they were training.

"Okay, time to look for a lake, oh its near" Mark immediately found one, though it was just a small pond, Mark found a gravel.

He then towards it, first checked the temperature of the water, it was a little cold but not enough to freeze him, he also checked for potential danger, there is none.

After making sure everything is okay, Mark then dug the gravel, he felt it was very easy to dig the gravel, he noticed that they were made of blocks, everytime he touch the gravel, a crack will appear until it turns into a small block that flew on his body.

Mark then found a panel pop out in front of him, it was the inventory, he doesnt have any items but the Gravel he just dug up earlier was there.

Mark then experimented with it, he could call out the block with his mind and could place it down by throwing it on the ground, Mark nodded and continued looking for flint.

The first gravel he dug was empty, the same for the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, it was not when he dug the 6th gravel that a flint popped out of it.

The flint flew towards Mark's body once again and was placed on his inventory.

"That is cool, now we can finally make the flint axe" Mark said.

He took the rope from Chris and started crafting the flint axe, he first cracked the flint into stone, then sharpened it.

He then found a stick on the ground and picked it up, it was long and sturdy, Mark then carved a hole on the stick then placed the sharpened flint.

He then took the rope and tied it very tightly, he swung it a few times to see if it wont fall off, after making sure everything is fine, the flint axe was finally crafted.

"I also got an achievement" Chris also said.

"Great, that means our achievements are shared, now lets go cutting trees, and also make a shelter" Mark said.

"Okay" Chris nodded and followed after Mark.

They came into the nearby forest and found the tallest tree, the flint axe only had 20 durability, so they must be resourceful with it.

Mark took the flint axe and aimed at the bottom of the tree and started chopping it down, just like the gravel, it also started to crack but the rate was slower than the gravel.

Mark had to continue doing it for a minute before the tree to finally start falling.

Mark glanced at the chat box and then looked at the tree slowly fall with Chris beside him, they then noticed a small rabbit not too far away eating a grass and didnt notice the tree falling.

*Bam!

The rabbit got squashed and turned into light particles, what left on its place was a rabbit meat and it flew towards Mark.
