Our MC was an online troll that made a lot of edgy jokes online. He thought it was fine to joke online because it won't affect him in real life. It was all fun making edgy jokes, but he once typed jokingly "My dream is to die a 100 years old virgin, so I can reincarnate in the next life as a sage!". Weirdly enough, it happened, he wasn't able to lose his virginity due to misfortunate circumstances happening whenever he tries to lose his virginity (You can put the most absurd stories here, such as trying to lose his virginity with a prostitute and the building getting raided by the police and sht like that).

Anyway, the MC dies a 100 years old virgin, the same as the joke he told in the online chat. He gets reincarnated in another world. He sees his dad carrying him first, and then he hears a feminine voice asking his dad to give him over. He assumed that it was his mom, but the moment he look at it, it appears that his mom is a man?

The MC said in the chat before daring a girl he had a crush on jokingly "Women are so cruel! If there was a world where men could give birth, women would go extinct!". God have held him accountable for his joke XD, and now he is in a world where if he wanted to lose his virginity, he will have to be gay... But the MC isn't gay... So will he die a 100 years old virgin sage and become a god as he said in the chat? "and in the next life I will die a 100 years old virgin sage, and ascend godhood!".

(Yeah, don't forget that he is a sage in this life...)
