37 Walk

We walked around the city and noticed interesting places that we could visit next time. After the girls decided to buy some clothes and various trinkets.

After paying, we decided to go to lunch at a pretty decent restaurant. At the entrance , at first the waiter wanted to drive us away , but as soon as he saw a bunch of gold rings on our fingers and expensive suits , we were greeted and taken to a table . At the table, we mostly discussed how the first half of the year of study went and how Mark envied us.

Draco also boasted that if something happened, he would be able to use magic with his wand and he wouldn't even get a warning.

I just squinted at him and conjured a little wind with a snap of my fingers. That's why the waiters looked at each other and checked the windows.

Astoria laughed softly when she saw this. While I was looking at Draco with a raised eyebrow. After lunch we decided to watch a movie. Where the girls wanted to watch some kind of melodrama . While Draco and Mark wanted to watch a new action movie. I offered to flip a coin and solve everything with the help of luck.

Well, Daphne also knew how to conjure without a wand , and although I noticed the magic power, but it was too late and the girls won. I squinted at Daphne for this, to which she stuck out her tongue and said.

I sighed in defeat and we went to the movie. The girls were crying from his ending , Mark fell asleep in the middle . I was bored, but because of the money spent, I decided to watch it completely. Draco also watched it and even shed a little tears. I noticed it but decided not to say anything.

After the movie, we went to the zoo and found out that there was even a magic part. Where various weak or safe magical animals lived. I was extremely surprised , but when I found out that there were only weak or little useful creatures, I lost interest in them as ingredients and decided to just enjoy a walk with the rest.

Mark was bragging about how he could fight a lion to defeat him . Draco examined various snakes and found out which one could be bred at home.

So time passed and I even noticed Harry , who was walking down the next street, but turned away and went on with everyone. Harry looked at us, but decided to run away quickly at the sight of us.

So we visited several more stores and tried various snacks. Draco asked about the charms on our rings and decided to explain his own. They were mostly protective amulets. But there was one thing in case of something that would send us home.

Draco said that he had heard about a new product on Lyutny Lane and offered to look at new dark artifacts next time.

Mark turned pale at this suggestion , Astoria looked reproachfully at Draco and Tracy only raised an eyebrow , but did not answer. Daphne looked at me. I thought about this proposal and

quietly agreed to Draco's proposal. He chuckled but didn 't say anything to the others .

So time passed and we returned to the Leaky Cauldron, where everyone went home with the help of the fireplace. After seeing everyone off, Daphne was also going to throw the powder and go home, but I stopped her. She looked at me questioningly, to which I smiled, took her by the hand and led her to a church not far from here. Arriving there , I cast all the knowing charms so that we would not be noticed and quietly began to approach the back doors in the place with Daphne .

Going inside, I felt that some kind of energy wanted to scan us, but I quickly created a shell of energy around, which is different from magic.

The scanner circled the dome and disappeared. I exhaled from such a surprise, but carefully walked further where I could hide. Daphne couldn't resist and still asked me.

"What are we doing here?"

"Didn't you feel another energy that wanted to scan us. I want to study it, and if I'm right, then it must be the power of faith."

"Do you want to check if there are gods?"

"This is incredibly stupid and we were almost caught at the entrance , how are we going to steal the relic without a trace ? "

I took out of my pocket a small tin ring inscribed with runes. Daphne took a closer look at it and immediately understood its function.

"If this thing blows up right in our face?"

"Don't worry, she has a fuse, so we're safe. The main thing is to be careful and everything will work out. And if we need this ring, then after using it, the rings for escaping home will work."

"Great, give me a couple of minutes to tune in to the energy around."

I nodded and while Daphne was intently studying the energy around us, I tried to summon the wizard's eye.
