Episode 3- The End of The Lesson

"Sensei, why are you only talking to us, what about the girl in the back with the children? Are you not going to ask them about the reason they are staying behind?"

Shito turned his head toward the girl who was speaking since he already knew the voice of the person that was talking, he just stared directly at the girl. Alice was the one who spoke those words because she had no idea that the little girls were his daughter, and he had no reason to hide that fact from her.

"Those girls are my daughters, so they have a reason to be waiting for me here," he responded as bluntly as possible before turning his head towards the blackboard once again.

Alice turned towards the two little girls confused, she had no idea that he had any children. But after a couple of seconds, she finally connected the dots by the looks of the two girls. Even if a person was first meeting the two girls, they would instantly be able to tell her their parents are. The twins have their father's rare light sandy-blond hair, and they have their mother's chromatic purple and pink eyes, with a hint of blue.

Now that she found out it was going to be hard for her to ask him the question that she wanted to ask him. She was someone that didn't like getting in between someone's family so she felt that it would be for the best for her not to ask any questions.

"....I-I will be going home now sensei, thank you for teaching the class for us today."

Saying that, Alice started to walk towards the door, she was a little down that she couldn't ask her question, but deep down she knew it was for the best.

"Hold up! What do you have to ask me? I saw you staring at me with sparkles in your eyes during class… is there something that you need to tell me…?!"

"I-I wa-want you..."

"You want me to do what?" Shito asked, staring at the girl who was standing by the door, "Go ahead and say what you have to say there is no reason for you to be so shy."

Everyone wondered what the girl wanted to ask him, every single person sitting in the room had already seen the way she was looking at Shito, so they wanted to know what she wanted to say.

Tenka sat in her seat calmly, even though the girl looked like she was about to ask the father of her kids to date him, she knew that he was going to say no because he wouldn't date anyone other than her. After all, he already admitted he loved her, and with all the time they spent together she had never seen him look at another woman.

"I–, I want you to train me Sensei Mahinu!" shouted Alice.

Her intentions of interacting with her sensei were completely pure. She wanted someone as smart as him to train her to become stronger. The way she was acting earlier in the class was to test him because she first thought about asking him to train her after the battle he had with Lucia Komeiji. The final battle of the tournament was the best battle she watched in the tournament.

Lucia and Lilith thought she was going to ask him out because of the way she was acting, but the question she just asked was something that the two of them didn't expect though they weren't too surprised, after all, the strength he displayed in the tournament was something that lots of people would love to have him or get the opportunity to be trained by him.

But after hearing her words, he turned toward his daughters and Tenka. Seeing the three of them nod their heads, he turned back toward Alice who was standing in front of him waiting for him to give her an answer.

"Since they are fine with it.... I guess I can take you as an apprentice. It wouldn't cause me any harm to go ahead and teach you." Shito said, looking at the girl who was about to become his apprentice, "As you know those girls are my daughters, and that woman, Tenka Vermillion is my fiancé."

Alice smiled brightly, "Ok, thank you for accepting me as your apprentice. I will do my best to make sure that you and your family are safe."

Shito was wondering why she was going out of her way to be with them, it was the first time they had met, and she was already talking about protecting his family.

Snapping his finger, A barrier formed around Shito and Alice. The barrier that he created blocks all the sound from the outside from coming on the outside and keeps the voices and things on the inside.

"We have just met for the first time today, so why are you talking about protecting my family? Don't lie to me I want to know the true reason you approached me."

After hearing what she said, he got a little suspicious of her true motives. After all, no one comes out of the blue talking about how they are going to protect someone else's family. To be frank, it is something that is extremely weird.

His eyes turned caramel eyes shined brightly because he activated his magic skill Void Eyes to get the truth from her emotions or reactions. No matter how fast something is, when he uses Void Eyes the person instantly becomes visible, emotions are visible in different colors, but the eyes have a lot of power, the power that turns anything to nothingness.

"To be honest, I heard that people that accept kids as their students treat them like family…. Since I didn't have a family, I wanted to experience being family with one of the strongest people in the world."

The color around her body didn't change in the slightest, indicating that every word that came out of her mouth was the truth. Even if she was trying to hide her emotions his eyes would see through it almost like him looking through a glass window, but Void Eyes doesn't show any nudity because that's not something he wanted to look at him.

"So, you just wanted to experience having a family with someone?"

"Yeah, are you going to be able to accept my request? It's ok if you don't want to be my Sensei anymore…. It's not like it's going have any effect on m—...!"

Before she could even finish talking Shito had teleported her out of the room. The place where he teleported her two was the principal's office. He decided not to make her his apprentice and decided to leave that to his sister. After all, his sister was probably going to do something interesting so he would be seeing Alice again soon.

The barrier that was around his body suddenly disappeared, and he walked towards his daughters and Tenka who were standing beside the door. They had been standing at the door ever since he placed the barrier over him and Alice, and they were waiting for him to finish so they could go out and have some fun together.

"What do you all want to do? We have a lot of time on our hands so we might as well not waste it on anything boring. Now that we are in the TAA class, the class schedule is shortened by a couple of hours."

Shito quickly turned his head around, staring at the two girls that were standing behind them. He was talking to everyone in the room, after all, friends should go places to hand out from time to time.

Lucia just stared at Shito for a couple of minutes before opening her mouth to say something, "You are asking us to come with you…!?"

"Yeah, we have been talking to each other for a while now, so I think we have been friends. And friends spend time with each other, doing fun things together, isn't that something the two of you want to enjoy with your friends?"

"I mean…. I'm not opposed to that idea. How about you, Lilith?"

"We are friends so we should spend time together as such. And since you asked us what we wanted to do then let's go hunting today."

His gaze was fixated on the girls, thinking about whether they should go to the adventure guild, but he suddenly remembered that he had to go back to the arena to get his things ready for the adventurers. The guild was supposed to be telling them something since they had registered as adventures about a week ago.

"What rank adventurers are the two of you?"

"The both of us are A-rank adventurers. I hope we will be able to get along as adventurers no matter what rank the two of you are…"

"Don't worry about that because we are A-rank adventures just like the two of you. So, we would be able to have some fun together as adventures of the same rank."

Those words came from the mouths of the two little girls that were standing beside their parents holding hands. Shito was holding his daughter's hand, and she was standing on his left side. Illayaka was holding her mother's hand, standing on the right side of her body.

"..."

Of, course they already suspected that they were already past the rank of normal adventures, but being a rank already was something that was imaginable at the age they were currently at. They finally remembered that the kids were not like any of the other kids they would see in their lives.

"Well, let's hurry up and go to the adventures guild."

"....Ok!"

Those were the last words the girls in the room said before walking after Shito who was walking ahead of them while having a firm grip on his daughter's hand. The place the group was heading was the adventurer's guild. The family, Lilith, and Lucia were all A-rank adventures, so they really didn't have to hold back when picking out a quest.
