1 Chapter 1 : Is this the End?

<p>Cries, shouts of fear, anger, betrayal, revenge, unjustice and inequality. The world that only show kindness to those powered individual, those who a abuse their power to treat others as their slaves. The world that seems to be fair, a world that you'll question the existence of fair, happiness, peace and even the existence of the Deity above. This is the world of HITEI. <br/><br/><br/><br/>As the alarm of his clock beeps, a pale, skinny hand clicked it off. Hearing the sighs, the drop of the water on the sink and the raising movement of the a pale skinny man. Wearing his jeans, bear-footed, he walks into his bathroom and open the door, giving another sigh as he saw his reflection on the mirror. Waking himself up by washing his face, looking at the mirror he saw his own eyes that used to have positive emotions and energy, now is like a lifeless creature. <br/><br/>Ding!Dong!<br/><br/>His doorbell rang, he lifelessly go to his front door and opened it, seeing the a man looking mad at him. " It's been three months, how are you? ", the man faked his smile.<br/> The pale skinny man stood in silence, "Would you mind paying your rent?!?", the man in front of him rages, pointing at him, pushing him using its finger. "If you can't pay your rent tommorow, better find another place!!! You're always stay silent and don't even pay your rents?!?? I know that you had your job and you don't have a family to fed, but I do, so pay your rents and don't be just a disgusting individual!!!", the man scolded him along with a strong force of strength that made the man fall on his behind. "Hey, answer me!!!", the man kneeled and grab his chin, "I'll pay or maybe I'll moved out in advance", he answered looking down. "Argh! You're hopeless!!", the man stands and goes away. <br/>The pale skinny guy stands, lifelessly goes and grab his hood and put his shoes on. As he goes out he wears facemask to cover his face, walking down a narrow alley, he can hear the shouts and cries of the girls inside those rooms at the alley. Walking to this alley is kinda part of his routine, he'll just ignore the noises he heard. Still looking down he accidentally bumped into a person, he look up and bows to apologise but the one he bumped into was gone.<br/> "Beep!!", a sound of the familiar honk grab his attention, he quickly goes to the car. <br/>A man in shades rolls down the window, and give him a suitcase, and a note that contains address. The pale man was about to walk, when " Kokoro!!", he heard his named. He look at the man in shades, "Here, keep it!!", the man hands his a piece of money, he bows and put the money on his pocket. <br/>Walking with the suitcase that he even don't know what the inside, he goes to the address. <br/>"Vote for Leader!!", he heard from the radio he passed by, followed this is a long boring speech that full of lies. "This is your chance to join with us!", another boring advertisement. <br/>He walked to the dark alley, hearing the drops of the leaked tube in that alley, along with the sound of his breath and a sound of exhaling cigar smoke. A muscular man appears on his back, "The good's here", he said in a muscular man said. <br/>A man in suit appears from the shadow, "As always, it's the loyal dog, Kokoro", he said. As Kokoro handed him the suitcase, the man opened it and look at him. Instructed his man to surround him, he looked at the man in suit as if asking what's wrong. "I didn't opened it" Kokoro said to defend himself. "I know, it's just that we're bored right now, you see", the man in a suit said as he giggles and he moved his fingers not only to signal his team to attack but also to make the ash on his smoke fall. <br/><br/>Kokoro look at his left then he saw dead bodies, they all looked beaten up, and he's afraid that it might happend to him as well. Looking the fears remains into the dead bodies eyes, he felt that his face got numb and heavy. Following the pain in his stomach, to his left side, to the right, to his face again and to the stomach. The pain that made his knees lose it's strength, "Is this the end of me?", He thought in mind, as he falls on the ground facing a dead body of a man that's familiar to him. It's the guy who choked him month ago. <br/>"Don't kill him", he heard from the man in a suit. He looked at him "Let's play with him", the man smirks, looking down to his weak body. Then again he's shocked as the muscular guy grab him and make him sits on the other corner of the closed alley. Another man grab his hands and chained it. "Let's bet who can make him puke", another man said. Kokoro just closed his eyes as he felt the heavy punches through his body. Trying to indure it, he lost consciousness. <br/><br/>He found himself into their old large garden, he saw his mom smiles at him as she sips tea, his dad who's reading newspaper, and the laughter of his older siblings. They're playing board games sitting on the grass, the breeze of the winds, as it makes the leaves of the near apple trees sound. <br/>"Honey, what's wrong?", he heard the voice of his mom, as she hold his faces. "Why are you crying? Don't be scared, you're with us now, okay?", his mom smiles. <br/>As he looked down, he saw blood dripping, realizing that it's from his nose and mouth. He's still hanging at the corner with the chain, he looked up and saw the full moon. "So, it's night already huh?", he giggles as he realized that he lost consciousness almost a day. <br/>He hear footsteps again, by the steps, he knew it's the muscular guy, the tick sound were from the shoes of the man in a suit.<br/> The muscular guy approach him, the man in a suit ordered "Kill him, he's boring". Kokoro looked up as he accepts that it's his end. He haven't payed his rent, yet he's dead. Knowing that he'll die, he knew it's much better, he can finally be with his family, just like his dream. But....<br/>He's afraid to die. A tears formed into the side of his eyes, when he saw a shadow falling down to his corner. The man in a suit as well as him, was shocked, as the person stands from its landing, the head of the muscular man drops. Followed this is a sprinkle of its blood, the person is facing the muscular guy so Kokoro didn't see its face. The man in a long cloak and hood walks towards the man in a suit. The man also starts stepping backwards, Kokoro can't blame him, if he's into his situation he'll also gonna do that. Kokoro saw that the person is holding a scythe, as soon at the person moved his hands, the man in a suit's head also fell off. Then the person then walks towards him, ready to attack him with its weapon. "Hmmm!", Kokoro said he can't say any other words because his mouth was tied with a cloth. The person kneeled in front of him and put down the cloth on his mouth. Kokoro didn't know if the person in front of him is a girl or a guy, it's wearing a mask, and the eyes in the mask where black. "Wanna join us?", the person asked with a deep voice, its not the original voice, its from a voice changer device. Kokoro only responded "Huh?" because he don't know what's going on. He thought that the person will kill him, "Come join us, join our troop, VIZARD TROOP!!"</p>
