"There was an explosion in the city. The other hospitals are full. Excess has been redirected here," Belmont said through strained panting as the two of them sped through the corridors of the maze-like building to the university's hospital wing.

"I have the fifth and sixth years taking care of the minor cases, but I don't have enough experienced Healers to take on the critical patients. Eric and Clare have already been contacted, but I couldn't manage to get my calls through to you."

"I usually have my phone turned off during class, sir."

Belmont sighed, "Well, keep your phone on at all times from now on. I don't want to be in this situation like this again when lives are at stake."
