12 Surprise Surprise

Elijah and Laura were home packing their bags and getting ready for their vacation. Maitreya was devastated about everything that was going on and didn't want to be home alone. Katy decided to invite her and Elsie over to spend the night. Maitreya needed to be around supportive friends and anyone that would take her mind off everything that has happened. The guys knew that they were staying over at Katy's house and couldn't help themselves but raid their sleepover.

" so wake me up and show me , we're gonna be alright!"- Elsie's phone rang and her favourite song played

" hello ? " - Elsie

" good night my love ! " - Miguel said

" uh! Miguel is that you!!" - elsie laughed

"--- beepppp----" and the call instantly ended

The girls just giggled at the call and didn't think anything about it.

After doing their make-overs and strutting the hallways of the house, pretending to be walking the red carpet. The girls decided to finally go to sleep. The guys had decided to put their plan into action and they found a way to sneak into the house.

Chris knew that Maitreya slept the latest and always woke up from time to time. He stood out the bathroom waiting for her to walk out and grabbed her from the back while covering her nose and mouth with a cloth soaked in chloroform

10 minutes later Jeremy and Miguel grabbed a few dishes in the kitchen and threw them around to make a mess and frighten the girls. Katy and Elsie woke up in a shock thinking that Maitreya was in the kitchen and had broken something. They both run to the kitchen expecting to see Maitreya. Jeremy snatched Katy when Elsie wasn't looking.

" Katy? Maitreya? You guys , where are you?? come on its not funny" - Elsie shouted

She fees two strong arms wrapped around her waist and began to scream as she was carried outside Katy's house and into someone's car. She was blindfolded and had a rope tied around her hand, not knowing who took her and where she was. Elsie was in tears and terrified. After a twenty minute drive, the car stopped and a familiar sound filled her ears. It was her favourite song playing softly in the background of wherever she is. It was a new song from Miguel's album, this made her calm

Elsie's blindfold was opened and she looked around to see a romantic setting by the sea , one single table and Miguel is standing beside her. He pulled her chair forward and went to his seat.

"Where is Maitreya and katy ?? " - Elsie asked concerned

" don't worry. Their safe !" - Miguel laughed

" why did u do this " - Elsie giggled

" remember how you needed time to relax , I thought this is the perfect way to do it , in a well thought scheme and romantic midnight dinner all alone " - Miguel said

Elsie spent the rest of the night laughing with her boyfriend and then he directed her to thr dance floor, they barely did any dancing as Elsie was too tired to stay awake any longer but she was ever so grateful that he made the effort to spent his time with her especially with all that's been going on with their friends. Miguel left her hand and she stood back and yawned.

Then he bent down on one knee and ...

"Elsie , I love you and even when you feel crowed by the band or even your friends , I'm here to bring you comfort , love and happiness !! If there's one thing in the world I want to change about you, its your surname! Will u marry me and become Elsie ? "

Elsie burst into tears and Screamed yes for every fish in the sea to hear it and Miguel kissed her

" I PROMISE TO LOVE YOU FOREVER!!" - Miguel

" what's going on Chris! " Maitreya asked confused and drowsy

" Miguel is proposing to Elsie and he had it planned for 2months. could not rearrange it " - Chris said

Maitreya looked over at Chris, his eyes were swollen and sunken because of worry and lack of sleep. She knew it was because of Owen and tried to cheer him up. Maitreya hopped over to his couch and faced him, he didn't turn towards her but gave her a judgemental look from an angle.

" Do you want something? " Chris suspiciously asked

" To sleep " ,,- Maitreya honestly replied

She made herself comfortable and placed her head on his shoulder

" I'm sorry about owen " - she sighed

" It's not your fault but I wanted to say that I'm happy that you're accepted at the university. I'll get to see you often" - Chris smiled

" Will that mean frequent dates? " Maitreya hinted

" I'm sure you'll find someone at college to take you on dates" - he said. Lifting her off his shoulder and turning away

" What do you mean by that ? " - Maitreya asked slightly confused

She was interrupted when Chris' phone rings.

" hello Owen ? "- Chris greeted cheerfully

" hey bro ... I'm ready to be discharged . can you pick me up ! "- Owen said sounding excited

" Jeremy STOP!! HAHAHA"- Katy laughed as Jeremy tickled her

" what's all this "- Katy asked

" tonight is Ryan's proposal , so had to snatch you!"- jeremy said

Maitreya calls Katy

" Maitreya, hey . Miguel and Elsie are engaged!!!! Yayyy!!! Also hope that you're safe in thr arms of your kidnapper"- Katy blushes as Jeremy pulls her closer for a cuddle

" yes I know ... But I've called to tell you that we are going to the hospital to pick owen up. And me? No not really but I hope you two love birds use protection alright? " - Maitreya laughed

" You mean you and Chris right? We all know what Chris is, that's if you two haven't already gotten down and dirty " - Katy playfully coughs and teased her

"Shhh, not now! We'll talk about this Some other time ... See you there tomorrow " - Maitreya said and ended the call

" Jeremy, does Chris ever talk about Maitreya? Did he say if his going to ask her out anytime soon? " Katy asked

" His been talking about some girl his dreamt of for a while to be honest, but I don't think it's Maitreya" - jeremy said as he played with her hair

" What do you mean? They totally like each other, do you not notice the way he looks at her? " - she said

" If Chris liked her, be would have slept with her already. Besides i saw him with another girl at the university the other day" - jeremy continued

" Some girl ? Wait what? Maybe they were friends or she was a just a fan because he definitely likes Maitreya" - Katy sat up and questioned

" I don't think that he'd be ' tongue deep ' into JUST A FANS mouth" - jeremy said.
