1 Chapter 1 - What the Hell?!
OUCH...! I swear my head hurts like hell right now and my body feels as if it's on fire. Most of all, I'm just about to die in the most illogical way.
Yo, my name is Nadina Hearth and I'm a healthy 17 year old girl. I wasn't raised by my parents because they died when I was only 5 years old and it was on one of their business trips, not that I really cared. I mean, all they ever did was work, work and more work, so I never saw them that often in the first place. Maybe because I inherited my parent's IQ, I always ended up at the top of my grade even though I never study. Anyways, back to the story. I woke up like it was any other day and went to school like a normal person. After school ended, I went to my part-time job at a small restaurant across my house and came home back afterward.
By the way, have I ever mentioned that I was a HUGE otaku and loved to watch anime?
Well, as I said, I went back home and turned on Netflix. While I was in the middle of watching 'Violet Evergarden' I suddenly heard some kind of noise. I think it sounded like a honking sound that came out of a truck. I turned around and glared outside of the mirror to get a good look at which a**hole interrupted my precious anime time, but I was just greeted with a quiet and deserted street. When I turned towards the TV once more, I saw something that I'd probably remember for the rest of my (not so long) life.
A truck, yes, A TRUCK POPPED OUT OF MY FREAKING TV LIKE TO WAS THE MOST NORMAL THING THAT COULD HAPPEN AND CRASHED INTO ME.
'What the hell?! Could've at least let me finish eating my noodles' was the last thought that popped into my head before I died

"Ugh.. my head hurts like hell... wait.... WHAT THE HECK?! I'm alive? WOOHOO, THIS MISSY IS PROBABLY THE FIRST TO EVER SURVIVE GETTING RUN OVER BY A TRUCK AND MAKE IT OUT ALIVE! If I make it into the book of world records I'd earn so much money that I'd get to eat a buffet for ever meal for the rest of my li------"
"Ahem! Sorry to break your happy delusions, but you died"
I heard a majestically beautiful voice come out from behind me and I turned my head to see who it was. There stood an insanely beautiful woman who looked like a goddes---
"That's because I am a goddess"
"Wha--? Oh, wait you probably read my mind right? So, goddess-sama, mind telling me how a random truck drove out of my TV screen?"
The goddess just stood there smiling at me, but I swear she looked pale and sweated like crazy so I suddenly got a really bad premonition.
"I'M SO SORRY!" said the goddess who just did a sliding dogeza and landed right at my feet
"Waitwaitwait, what are you sorry for?"
"The other gods, goddesses and I made a bet and whoever lost our bet had to try to drive a vehicle from earth. I just happened to be the unlucky one so I chose to drive a truck. While driving, I might've accidentally opened a space portal that was coincidentally linked to your TV out of frustration. I mean, it's not my fault they make trucks so damn hard to drive!"
"Soooooo, what you're saying is you killed me because you were driving a truck due to a lost bet"
"Uhh.. yess.. hehe..?"
"Ahhh goddammit! If I was gonna die, it could've at least been in a cooler way!"
".....Sorry?"
"So what's going to happen now? Are you going to reincarnate me like those super cliche anime videos that I watch?"
"Yep! Oh, right I think I forgot to introduce myself. My name is Miranda and I am the Realmk---- I mean goddess of another world separate from Earth. I'm going to reincarnate you into the plane--- I mean world that I govern, it's called Sairale, the land of magic! *Invisible confetti*"
'Sairale.. I think I heard of that before.. but where? Whatever, too much brain power needed' "Umm, so I'm basically going to be given a new life..?"
"Yup, oh and I can grant you some wishes if you like, as an apology"
"Ooo! That sounds pretty nice, ehhh.. ok I've decided!
Number one, I want to keep my memories
Number two, I want to have a loving family, because I've never really understood love in my past life
Number three, I just want to have a body that'll help me live a really long life
Finally, I want some kind of way to contact you because you seem like a nice person to chat with"
"Ehh? Is that all? Those are all really easy to grant you know, plus I'd get your first three wishes, but why would you want to chat with me?"
"Oh, I'm probably going to be really bored in certain occasions, so it'll be nice to have someone to talk to in that duration." I exclaimed, "Plus, if I ever have something I don't know, then I can just come to you, right? >3<"
"Uwahh.. Alright, do as you wish Naddy! I hope you have a safe trip to Sairale and I give you my blessings~"
'My blessing..? Is that a way of saying goodbye?' "Oh uhh, yeah, thanks! I also give you my blessings!"
'Hehe silly girl' thought Miranda as she watched the girl in front of her slowly fade away 'What a rare kind soul to come across, sighs, if only everyone was like her. Being a Realmkeeper is seriously annoying! Well, I guess having someone to talk to is better than having no one. Oh shoot, I have to get ready to request a plane transfer to... Plane 017?'
