18 Be strong Lily

Tulip had to do lot of convincing to Sol parents and left little bun with them so that he could spent some time with his father.

Tulip left the cruise and reached the city. It took quiet long time to find Lily's motel. Looking at area the condition of the surrounding is really bad she couldn't believe that being the rich heiress Lily would end up like this. If this get to media Lily's news would become hot news. But Tulip knows Lawrence family doesn't like to indulge themselves in media. They have been very particular about their privacy.

Lily is inside the room waiting for Tulip and suddenly there is a knock on the door. She move towards the door and glad to see Tulip. She couldn't help but throw herself to Tulip. She hugged her and cried for some time.

Lily break the hug and let Tulip come inside. Tulip look at the condition of room and sign "I never know your ex husband is this horrible"

"You don't know Tulip how horrible he can be ....all my life I try to be perfect ..perfect daughter for my parents .....perfect wife for Zachary ....but I failed everytime....I just make them more disappointed with me" The tears is still falling down from Lily eyes "You know I don't even know with how many women he slept with... I just lost the number....and interestingly one of his mistress is in the competition as a contestant" Lily gave a cold laugh.

Lily look at Tulip she don't know why but all the frustration that she carrying for long she wants to get out of her and even Tulip didn't interrupted at her "Tulip tell me ....is it wrong to wish for a family.... for love ...I'm I asking for more ....I just wanted to be respected to be loved but it's wrong to ask for it. Zachary I no longer cared for him but my parents all they think about is their reputation and who will be the next heir .....they wanted a grandson who could look after the family business .....tell me Tulip as an individual I don't matter at all" Lily said still sobbing.

Tulip get her water and sign "Be strong Lily ....be strong prove them you are not weak person whoever want can walk on you...make your name .... work hard.... everything one day will fall into place. It's okay Lily pack your bag first ...I can't stand this place ... You will live with me from now onwards" Tulip said in calm voice.

Lily hiccup "But....but what about your family..... wouldn't they mind"

Tulip gave her a sad smile "Like you Lily I don't have any family or any relative except my son and Grandpa.....you don't worry my grandpa is right now is on long vacation he always wanted to travel but never got time ....but everything is settled now so he taken the vacation"

Lily agreed with her and pack her bags "but Tulip I don't want to be a freeloader"

Tulip roll her eyes "relax babe .....friend help each other ....once you stand up on your feet you could leave .....right now focus on your competition.... and by the way my cook is on leave you could cook for us ....I hate cooking" Tulip grin.

Lily chuckle "Fine by me"

Tulip house is like a small villa decorated with ancient paintings, statue, vase. Her home gives an impression of traditional decor but it have modern touch to it. Lily is impressed by the decor of her "It's my grandpa he loves collecting old traditional things"

"It's beautiful" Lily said.

"Let me show your room and let me introduce you to my butler mother Sara ...she is like a mother to me working for our family quiet long time" Tulip said pointing to a woman beside her who look in her late forties.

"Hello Ms Lily Welcome" Mother Sara said with welcoming smile.

Lily nodded at her with smile.

Tomorrow is another day.

Tomorrow is the first day of competition.

And I will win it not only for me but for Tulip as well so that her effort won't go waste.
