1 Nagulan

The war broke out in the kingdom vadara naadu, where the king was a great man who took care of his people like his own children. He didn't get married until he was 30 though he had lot of pressure for getting married from 16 years. He thought that his only duty is to take care of his country. No one from his country faced poverty and it was one of the best country where people were happy without any problem. The king always wanted keep the people safe and he doesn't want to hurt them for the sake of his country. So he didn't form any military forces in his country and whoever comes for the war he will talk to them and convince them without starting a war. He will give whatever he had to stop the war.

The agacharim, nearby country ruled by shinra raja was entirely different from vadara naadu. The country had strong armed forces and lots of elephants and horses in the military. People in his country were worried about poverty and the agriculture was not that good there. Still people obeyed whatever the king ordered if not they will be punished by hanging in front of the palace by gathering every people of the country. The shinra raja didn't think of his people and he always wanted to acquire more land to make his kingdom the big one. He didn't hear people's problem and didn't even met them. Whenever he had time he will spend it in drigha house where the women are allowed to pour drinks to the men who are in power and they showcase their talents there.

One day when vikrama nagulan went to the country visit he met a girl who was taking water from a well in giriva village of his kingdom. She was just wearing a cotton saree without jewels still she was the most beautiful girl he met. He fell for her immediately but couldn't express it in front of every people. After the visit he went to the palace but the thought of that girl was shaking him continuously and he didn't get any sleep that night. He thought that it is just an attraction and it will end once he is busy with his works. Even after 5 days he cannot forget her and her thought were ringing in his mind. He started getting distracted from his work and he thought that this is not good for the country so he ordered one of his employee to go search for the girl. The employee came back with 5 girls from the giriva village but she was not there and he ordered him to search deeply. The next day the employee came to report to the King about his search party. The girl must be the one from the agacharim country who came here to visit her relation. So the king didn't know what to do and at the same time he cannot forget her. He decided to visit her unofficially and went to that country in cotton clothes with 2 of his employees. He found her easily as there was not much young girls in that village. He met and spoke to her about how he saw her in his country but she asked him to speak to her father whatever the matter is. As per her thought he went and met her father. He said him everything about how he met her and cannot forget her. Her father was afraid that if shinra raja knows about it he will kill her and avoided vikrama nagulan as kindly as possible. When nagulan was about to leave the village, he noticed that people in that village were starving to death due to unavailability of food and proper agriculture. He couldn't tolerate it and when he reached his country he donated large sums of rice and other groceries to that village without the knowledge of shinra raja. Those activities from nagulan shocked the girls father kanari. He decided to speak to nagulan once again and after nagulan's assurance to take care of the girl aadhirai he married her to nagulan in vadara naadu. There were lot of oppose to marry her from ministers to nagulan but still he married her and made her the queen. The ministers got angry and started to spread rumors about aadhirai that she did some sort of black magic and married nagulan. Some of the vadara naadu citizens believed it and few of them believed in nagulan as it is his decision to marry her. As a king he didn't spend lavishly for his marriage but the marriage was held in the palace as simple as possible by inviting all the people from his country.

After 3 days of marriage shinra raja came to know about this and he was angry. How dare a king from another country come here and donate to my people here. How dare he will marry a girl from my country without my knowledge. He ordered to execute kanari for marrying her daughter to other country without the King's knowledge. As per the order the very next morning kanari was hanged to death in front of the palace for disobedience to the country and the king and the people of agacharim watched it with horror.
