nice start, there aren't many fanfictions about this TV series. the powers given to him are not that out of context, i hope it will not concentrate on the magical staff too much and more on adventures, Viking's life and interaction with characters. in the tv series i liked how ragnar became the konung whit the help of floki, nice scheme there. anyway good start.
