HAMBRIS KEL

Hambris have already emptied his eight mug of beer as he watch the commotion around him. It was already pass one in the afternoon and Capt. Li and the others didn't comeback yet as soon as they promise. Leaving him the gratitude to fill his belly with more beverage he could fill in.

"This is the time where we bomb that walls out of our faces and find a better place to live in. A place which is complete of food and materials, a place where we can satisfy our family needs, a place we can finally called as home. To paradise!" The man exclaim to which the people inside cheer.

"For a new land!" Shouts a man

"For a better future!" Shouts a woman

"For beer!" Hambris shout out with his face red from the beer, as he rise his mug which fuel the crowd more. As they're getting louder and wilder. Captain Li approach the fat man and pat his shoulder.

"Afternoon Hambris" Captain Li greet.

"Afternoon Captain," Hambris said which is unusually somber. Eludione look at the man on front of him and notice he had a lot of tattoo on his arms and shoulder making him look like a person you should avoid immediately, but his enthusiastic face tell him otherwise that no matter what you look like it's still different from what you really are.

He look at Venus and gave her a toothy grin as he wink and greet her. "How are you Venus" to which Venus only gave him a fake smile. He chuckle at Venus as if she have done something ridiculous and furrowed his brow when he saw a boy beside her.

"Who is this little lad?" He ask.

"This is Eludione Winslow. He would be our trainee for a moment until he can fully control his ability" Captain Li explain to which Hambris give an O expression.

"Where is Elias by the way?" Ask Hambris

"At his quarters. He is knock out for a moment after his fight with this buddy over here" Venus explain as she ruffles Eludione hair but regret it on the moment when she discover how sticky it is.

"Oh is that so... Ha! Ha! i wonder what would be the reaction of his face when he remembers he was beaten up by a small boy" Hambris said creating an easy and comfortable feeling around him.

Hambris was about to say something when Venus cut him off by saying "Oooh i think you should need to take a bath. Captain Li, Hambris. I'm going to take Eludion to the shower room to clean himself. We'll catch up with you guys later" Venus said and lead Eludion out of the roaring crowds to a corridor and walk towards the male shower room.

"Wait for me here, ill get you something to wear" She said which Eludione replay with a nod. Eludione watch Venus retreating back and let his eyes wonder on the corridor he's into. The corridor have no style as it also lack of color. It's white paint is slowly fading from time and there are some stain of something with a color of green and blue. Once Venus came back. She gave him a blue shirt and blue pants and a pink towel and pat him on the shoulder with a smile. Eludione only nod and walk inside.

There was no one inside except him which makes the shower room quite creepy. The tiles of the shower room have yellow stains or crack from it's corners. The lack of light from the shower and darken windows because of the dust is making it look like a place where all the horror and uneventful thing happened but to Eludione this is nothing. The lined bathroom stalls have wrecked doors or some of them have none. Exposing anyone who would use it. Eludione stand under the shower head and open the faucet and let himself feel the water. At first his body went tense because of his first time in contact of clean water other than acid rain, that is enough to burn some layers of your skin but not enough to completely harm anyone.

Eludione almost cried from this feeling. He felt blessed. This feeling of water tapping on your skin is quite heavenly. It relax him from every bone to every layer of his skin making him feel euphoria for the very first time. The used soap caught his attention and took it with curiosity at first he didn't know what to do so he bite it on curiosity but spit it out immediately because of the putrid taste. And when he notice the bubbles forming on the soap. He use the slimy feeling of it, on his skin and felt the sensation of it. Which makes him feel clean. As the water and soap wash all the grime and dirt on his body making his brown skin a bit shiny. Even though he live in a dirty place. Eludione's skin didn't have any problem with it despite the one scar he have on his upper shoulder.

"Eludione hurry up and don't waste too much water!" Venus said to which Eludione obey. He turn off the faucet and dry himself with a towel and change. And when he's done he went outside to meet Venus standing on the opposite corner of the corridor. Venus couldn't believe his eyes from the change of appearance this boy make. Back then he look similar to a beggar on the street but now he's brown skin that was used to be covered from grime was now giving a smooth and youthful glow while his face look cute and clean.
