9 Chapter 9 - Leo's POV

I can't believe she ran away again. But to be honest I couldn't blame her. The Bata of the pack came with the silver and I made him the Alpha. He told me that Victoria was sold by her parents to the wolf pack we saved her from. They abused her constantly for no reason and the son of the Alpha who we now know as Randle wanted her as his personal slave for his mate when he found her. But I had saved her from that pack and when Randle found out he wanted revenge so he started to search for Victoria. Randle killed the previous Alpha of the pack he was with because he was bored. It sounded horrible. The whole pack was treated horribly so I was doing them a favour. The wolves left to rebuild their pack. Everyone had went searching for her including Annie. She was the first to run after her when we realised she was gone. Poor Annie. Victoria is the first human that we have brought back that talked to her. All the other humans are for blood and we keep them in a special house. They all agree to it and get paid and can leave at any time. It's basically just blood donation but getting paid for it. If they turn out to be someone's Forever, then they can take them to their private house to live. Annie tried to get along with the others but they hated her. they thought that she was a slut because she was also sleeping with Tristian. They hated her for it. So they ignored her no matter what. Plus Victoria talked to Annie first. They had a connection that best friends should have. That sister's should have. She cared for her deeply and you could see it. When we found Victoria, Annie would talk to her first. Hopefully Victoria would open up a bit more. I already know about her past in the pack but something tells me that there was more. more to do with her parents and her childhood. I wanted to understand that and heal her. All I want to do is help her heal. To protect her from everything and everyone including herself. We got word from a scout that Victoria had been found down by the beach. We told everyone to come back except for two guards who stayed in the shadows. They were there to make sure that she didn't go again and if she did, to follow her. Tristian found Annie on the way and picked her up. We all ran to the beach at inhuman speed to find Victoria sitting on the sand. We decided to stay in the forest whilst Annie went to talk to her. We could hear their conversation and it didn't sound too good. They talked and Annie tried to talk her out of suicide. Annie started to shout and I could see why. Victoria was waist deep in the sea. She couldn't swim and was going to drown. I started to move towards the sea but no matter how fast I went, she kept going deeper. As I got to the edge of the water she was nowhere to be seen. Tristian held Annie back and I swam down to find her. I couldn't loose her. Not like this, not ever. I found her and grabbed hold of her. I started to swim to the top. I needed to get up faster. So I used my water element to push us up faster. When we were above the water again, I used my wings to fly us to the medical wing again. She was slowly dying. I could hear her heartbeat slowing even more ever second. I gave her to the doctor so they could save her. They were all shocked because of my wings.

I am not a normal vampire. I am 210 years old and part angel. My mum is an angel who came down to earth to help a vampire who was in trouble. Turns out the vampire was my dad. Some hunters were after him and my mum killed the hunters. She was a bit of a rebel angel and wasn't supposed to come to earth in the first place. Because she killed a human she was banned from heaven. She didn't really care and married my dad. Because angels are immortal too, my dad didn't turn my mum. When I was born, I got a bit of vampire and angel. Everyone knows and that's why everyone is scared of me. I am the post powerful vampire ever to be born. My parents don't know what will happen when I turn someone. They don't know what will happen if I have kids either. I had been waiting in this stupid room for three hours. They were trying to save her but they were slowly losing hope. Tristian and Annie were sitting next to me. Annie had fallen asleep on Tristian and no one said anything. My parents came to see if Victoria was okay. They were about to leave when the doctor came out to talk to us. "Victoria is stable for now. I did a full body check too. It looks like she has tried to take her life before, multiple times. There are some scars that are more then two years old. Some of them are about eight years old." The doctor told us. That shocked all of us. He parents abused her too? I mean they sold her so I wouldn't put it past them. But that poor girl tried to end it before this. What the hell did she go through? The doctor also said that we got to her just in time and now she was asleep. We could go in but we shouldn't wake her because she needed sleep. I took two chairs in and put them on either side of her bed. Tristian sat on one side with Annie still asleep on him. They looked cute and I wanted the relationship they had. She trusts him with her life and he trusts her with his life. Their bond was amazing and I couldn't wait to have that bond with Victoria. It was going to be hard but I knew it was going to be worth every second.
