19 Chapter 19 - Leo's POV

I stayed with her until she started to wake up. For about ten minutes she refused to open her eyes and kept muttering something about it all being a dream. I decided to get Annie to help her readjust to being back here. I did what I had to do to make sure that I kept Victoria. She had to stay by my side forever. I went to get Tristian and Annie. I left Annie with Victoria whilst me and Tristian tried to figure out what to do. Tristian and Annie have been having fights which are small and stupid. It is horrible watching them go at it. One minute their fine the next they are living in separate places. Annie has her own cottage now because of it all. "What the hell are we going to do?" Tristian asked sitting down in my office. I know what Tristian was going on about. What are we going to do about our Forever's? Mine hates me and Tristian's barely speaks to him. "More importantly, what are we going to tell my mum?" I asked looking at him. I still hadn't told her what I needed to do in order to actually get Victoria back. All I said was that she was safe with me again. "We? Oh no, you gave the order, you tell her." Tristian said and walked out before I could argue anymore. He must have known my mum was coming because she walked into my office as he walked out. What the hell was I going to say? Oh, by the way, I killed my brother. What was she going to do with me? Scream? Shout? Kick me out? Disown me? Kill me? Kill Victoria? "Leo, is there anything you need to tell me?" She asked me. She looked at me straight in my eyes. I hate it when she does that. She's an angel and I can't lie to her. "I've just had a very long and loud conversation with your brother about Victoria." She continued. My eyes opened wide. Harris was alive? What has he told mum? Wait I need to get to Victoria. If Harris was alive, are the others too? That other guy she was with. Who is he and what is he? Is he alive? Is he going to come and find her? "Mum," I started but she held her hand up. "You better go and make sure that poor girl is alive. And then you tell her that her friends are alive. I know you hate your brother, but trying to kill him, that was not how I raised you." She scolded me and then walked out. So, Harris told mum everything. Now mum had this disappointed look in her eyes. What would Victoria do if she found out that they were alive? She would run back to them. I am not going to tell her. If she finds out then she will go back to them and I refuse to lose her again.

I'm now laying on my bed. I went to see Victoria today and she looked different from yesterday. Her eyes were red and puffy, she didn't brush her hair and didn't eat anything. She had a couple of mouthfuls of water and that was it. No one tried to force her to eat but Annie did try to encourage her. We had to go back and Annie came with us. Maybe now Victoria is back, Annie would go back to normal. Hopefully, everything will go back to normal. I couldn't sleep knowing Victoria wasn't at least in the same room as me. My windows blew open and my annoying brother greeted me. "She definitely hates you now." He said smirking. I got up to hit him but he dodged me. I tried to hit him again and again until my room was trashed. He sat on my bed still looking smug about everything that happened. "Why did you take her?" I growled at him.

"I didn't take her, I showed her something and she ran. I protected her. If I hadn't then god knows what would have happened." He replied. He was suddenly serious now. What was going on that I didn't know about. "Her parents having been trying to find her." Harris continued. Her parents sold her from what I've heard. Harris told me that her parents have some hidden family secrets. One of them being that Victoria isn't theirs. Victoria was left on their door and they took her in. Marcus was her brother. He had been looking for her since she was kidnapped 18 years ago. Harris told me that I wasn't the first vamp angel hybrid. There was another 100 years before me. Everyone thought the child died but he was raised in secret on earth. Marcus was the first angel and vamp hybrid. His parents kept him safe and moved him around. 19 years ago, his mother fell pregnant again, with Victoria. A few weeks after their mother had given birth, they were attacked by pure vamps that wanted Victoria. A witch had teleported Victoria away from danger and left her on a doorstep with a name and nothing else. Marcus had been trying to find her ever since. Sadly, the witches protection spell meant that no one could find her. Marcus wasn't a threat to me. "She ran away and was planning to stay. She just wanted to be normal for a while. She only wanted six months." Harris said before flying away again. Wait if Marcus was a hybrid, so was Victoria. I had to find her. Where the hell is, she?
