15 Silly

Amelthia felt cold spread around her. She felt everything turn icy, becoming numb. The white blanket she wrapped around her, after hearing the news, was the only protection she had but still she shivered as a thick gust of cold air whirls around her.

She buried her face in the blanket clinging on it as the only source of comfort left for her. Felix's words blurring her mind.

Chief got shot and now he's in hospital.

She gritted her teeth shaking her head at the thoughts seeping in her head. She was already heartbroken but all of this made her more broken. She felt the weakest.

Her whole body screaming in agony for a little peace and comfort she needed.

She blamed herself for the current situation. Neither had she told chief about he 3 brothers and nor would have this situation come up. She felt helpless.

Meanwhile Felix kept softly knocking on the door to tell the whole thing to Amelthia.

"Amelthia. Open up the door."

Felix gave a last knock.

"Fine. Then I am coming in."

Amelthia didn't respond. Her own self lost in the valley of horrible thoughts she had.

Felix used the spare key he had for emergency to open the door.

With a light click the door opened and Felix stepped in, pitying Amelthia's state.

Amelthia paused, froze in her place to look at the whereabouts of the click noise. She swallowed the fear building in her throat.

She looked at the door open and Felix standing on the side looking at her with those perfectly shinning blue eyes. Amelthia's fear subsided after looking at Felix. She wasn't aware to what is going on, her mind still processing.

Felix took slow steps towards her when he noticed Amelthia didn't say anything to him or stopped him from moving forward. He walked and stopped right in front of the bed.

Felix didn't take any other minute and told her the whole thing in just one sentence.

"Chief is perfectly fine, he got shot in his thigh."

Amelthia looked up at Felix, tears still in eyes but brows furrowed. Out of blue she stood on her knees on the bed near Felix.

"H-he's safe??"

Amelthia asked with hope in her eyes and a relax feeling building inside of her.

Felix nodded passing a slight of a smile.

Amelthia upon hearing that wrapped her arms around Felix's torso and rested her cheek on his chest.

"Thank god."

She mumbled releasing a heavy sigh as more tears wetted Felix shirt.

Felix was shocked and didn't move a muscle. He was stunned to what was Amelthia doing. He kept standing straight.

Just when Amelthia came back to her senses, her eyes popped open in utter surprise and she quickly pulled back.

There was a strange vibe in the room.

Amelthia cleared her throat and stuttered trying to pull out some words to deal with the awkward thing she just did.

"U-hh...U-mm...."

Felix kept looking left and right or to the ground.

"U-hhh... I..I will go prepare for the lunch now...."

Amelthia just nodded and wiped her face gaining back herself.

Felix bowed and went out of the room taking his spare key and closing the door behind. He ran down the stairs stumbling at the last ones. His heart running a marathon inside his chest.

Just when Felix left the room Amelthia grabbed the pillow throwing it at the door and ruffling her hairs.

"Ahhhh....Amelthiaa have you lost your brain!!"

She said whining to herself.

She fell into the other pillow and screamed in it punching the mattress while her whining continued.

After 15 mins of screaming and messing her hairs and the whole she sat up in the bed taking deep breaths calming herself.

"Calm down Amel....Deep breaths."

She said straightening her back and doing gestures with her hands.

But just after 4 breaths she failed miserably as the scene flashed through her mind again.

"Ahhhh.... Crazy head."

"You have lost it Amelthia. Totally lost it...."

She said face palming.

On the other hand Felix stood in the lounge his hand on his chest feeling his racing heartbeat. He was shocked. He plopped down on the sofa resting his head back. But guess what?? It was a wrong idea. Just when he closed his eyes the scene from earlier came in front of his eyes making him jolt up. He stood clearing his throat and shaking his head in attempt to throw the thought out of his head.

"What are you thinking Felix. Gather yourself."

He mumbled to himself and walked to the kitchen to heat up food for Amelthia.

The Boss was fuming with anger.

"How the hell they got caught?? Are they dumb?? Fools!!!"

The Boss spitted out in anger.

"Boss they shot them."

The man infront of tried to explain.

"SO WHAT!?? I trained them for this day??"

The Boss snapped back at him.

The man looked at his feet in fear.

"Get me every single detail and CCTV footages of around. You have exact 1 hour or get ready to tell me your last wish!!"

The Boss said glaring at the man as he looked down in utter fear.

The man shivered at his word as he stood there.

"Why are you still here?? Get the hell out!!"

The boss snapped at the man.

The man just nodded and rushed out doing what The Boss asked.

The Boss called his partner telling him the situation and stop him from further shipping of weapons and drugs.

As soon as he hung up he threw the phone on the sofa groaning in madness.

" Its all Amelthia's doing and that chief is following her. Don't worry babygirl once i get a hold you nothing of this will happen. You wont be able to destroy me anymore."

He said smirking at Amelthia picture pinned at the board.

His smirk grew as the past flashes of fearful Amelthia passed his mind.He loved to see her shivering just from his voice and gaze. He loved that fearful state of Amelthia. It was a source of delight and pleasure for him. He was obsessed with her. With his Amelthia, his fiancé.
