130 Her feelings

"If I come to you, run far away. If I run far away from you, hold me tight. People will talk, but let your silence speak for them," Katherine sang as she packed her belongings in her bag, ready to venture out for their task of finding the herbs and climbing the hill. 

Her hand paused at the little rose sitting close to her pillow. It was the same rose Maximus gave her. She sighed before bringing out her diary and placing the rose between it. 

After it rained and they had nowhere to go, Katherine and Maximus sat in the rain for some time, letting the dripping water cleanse their worries and wash away whatever doubts they had.

And she was finally clear with what she wanted to do.
